The owner always schedules the delivery with other deliveries in the area so the delivery fee for a 500 mile round trip from Charlotte and back is small. The customer service is only surpassed by the great mattresses and I have back and neck issues. A while back, I bought one mattress at a big box store, that was a mistake. It didn't last and the customer service was lousy once I bought it. Dilworth is a family business and they always take care of you. The owner even sent a custom mattress topper for my elderly mother who is terminally ill to put on her hospital bed at no charge when I asked him if he could make one. That is way to do business! I'm usually a lawyer complaining about lack of service and quality but not with this company and its mattresses!

We will likely order softer foam soon as my wife would like to go softer from the medium. But we will stick with this brand and mattress type. It does hold up well over time. Oh yes, and the customer support has been stellar. We even called into the shop (four years after our purchase!) and the owner cheerfully walked us through how we could take the bed apart and pack it for our move. Not many businesses continue to support the product years after purchase. So Kudos! :)

We read reviews, spent a lot of time with Tomasz and finally decide to move forward. We were not really happy shortly after it was delivered and they promised to make it right. It is the only mattress company that we looked at that did not offer a return policy. Most all companies offer a free return after 30 days but that was not the case with the Organic Sleep Shop. I seldom write reviews but after about 6 months I feel that I need to make my feelings known. The mattress we purchased is very high; this was a mistake in a couple of ways. I am 5' 2" tall and even with a reduced size box spring I have to slide into the side. This quickly makes the sides break down. Secondly, we purchased the mattress cover and it does not fit properly. I can attach photos. Lastly, the mattress is very heavy and I have a very difficult time making the bed. I cannot life the mattress to tuck in the fitted sheet or the top sheet. I have come to hate this mattress and although it was expensive I really hope to replace it soon with something that is easier to handle. I take responsibility for purchasing this mattress but I also feel that they should have advised me differently. Although I have never returned a mattress, I would have returned this had that option been available. Think twice before you purchase The Kink Plush Suppor Coil, FIrm Latex, Soft Latex Mattress and the King NatureSoft Mattress Protecor ($179.00) - We paid over $6,900 for this mattress and I truly regret it. Make sure you are aware that this is not one that can be returned if you are not happy. It supposely has a 20 year full replacement warranty - but not quite sure what that means since they would not return it within 30 days.

The store had an incredible collection of outdoor (and indoor!) furnishings. Jason and the saleswoman who was on the floor were very kind and didn't rush us - it was the end of their day, too! Lucky for them we already knew what we wanted. (They also had a real sense of style and design to help us select pillow fabrics.) Before we left we bought a couch, 2 chairs and a table!
