We bought a Sterns and Foster with adjustable frame when I got home. It was great!! It helped my back and with my next 2 surgeries. Problem is that 3 yr old mattress has body indentations that don't pop back up even when sleeping on other side. I didn't want him to go thru the same thing. The service and set up was great. I love that all materials are from the US and without chemicals, fiberglass etc. also, some of the nicest people you'll meet. I highly recommend them and we will definitely shop here again. For someone with neck issues (disc replacement ) and lower back issues a great mattress is a must for me, so I'll be seeing y'all again real soon. Anyone needing a great mattress go check them out.

We will likely order softer foam soon as my wife would like to go softer from the medium. But we will stick with this brand and mattress type. It does hold up well over time. Oh yes, and the customer support has been stellar. We even called into the shop (four years after our purchase!) and the owner cheerfully walked us through how we could take the bed apart and pack it for our move. Not many businesses continue to support the product years after purchase. So Kudos! :)

We read reviews, spent a lot of time with Tomasz and finally decide to move forward. We were not really happy shortly after it was delivered and they promised to make it right. It is the only mattress company that we looked at that did not offer a return policy. Most all companies offer a free return after 30 days but that was not the case with the Organic Sleep Shop. I seldom write reviews but after about 6 months I feel that I need to make my feelings known. The mattress we purchased is very high; this was a mistake in a couple of ways. I am 5' 2" tall and even with a reduced size box spring I have to slide into the side. This quickly makes the sides break down. Secondly, we purchased the mattress cover and it does not fit properly. I can attach photos. Lastly, the mattress is very heavy and I have a very difficult time making the bed. I cannot life the mattress to tuck in the fitted sheet or the top sheet. I have come to hate this mattress and although it was expensive I really hope to replace it soon with something that is easier to handle. I take responsibility for purchasing this mattress but I also feel that they should have advised me differently. Although I have never returned a mattress, I would have returned this had that option been available. Think twice before you purchase The Kink Plush Suppor Coil, FIrm Latex, Soft Latex Mattress and the King NatureSoft Mattress Protecor ($179.00) - We paid over $6,900 for this mattress and I truly regret it. Make sure you are aware that this is not one that can be returned if you are not happy. It supposely has a 20 year full replacement warranty - but not quite sure what that means since they would not return it within 30 days.

She really listened to what my husband and I were looking for and helped guide us to the perfect beds.. we both had different needs so we went with a split king and she was careful to make sure we had all the info we could need to make a good decision. Especially since it's a fair assumption that they work on commission. I recently visited due to some neck problems, thinking that a nice pillow might alleviate some of my issues. I entered the store while passing by with my in-laws and I asked a few questions. The pillows were on promotion for buy one get one free. I didn't want to delay my in-laws, and the saleslady seemed fairly helpful, so I thought I'd return when I had more time. I returned a few days later, midweek after a run, at about 8:30pm. Knowing the mall closed at 9, I rushed straight from my run in gym gear very hot and sweaty. However, I knew for the most part what I was after. I walked in and was given a once over by the saleslady (different than the one I had spoke to prior) and by a gentleman that appeared to be a manager. I immediately felt judged as if they assumed I'd not be making a purchase. I tried asking questions since the order of the pillows had changed and I only knew the one that was recommended prior based on it's location. No attempt was made to engage me and very little information was offered. I mentioned the sale, making it clear I had been in before and trying to make it clear that my intent was to make a purchase. Still, nothing. I was told that sale was over and that it would be back for Black Friday weekend. I explained that I would be out of town for Black Friday weekend and was in specifically to look at them now. Silence. I pulled out my phone and then glared blankly at the pillows. I was being watched with continuous judgement. I eventually left after muttering that they were already too expensive and apparently just not meant to be. Mind you, I walked in the store intending to spend about $300 on pillows. I left angry and confused. Truly needing the pillows for comfort and relief, I refuse to go back. Even if I did go back, I'd much rather have given my business to the original saleslady that had answered my questions. If business continues in this manner, they won't last long. Hopefully management can get it together. They truly deserved a one star rating based on that interaction alone. I'm graciously giving them 2 simply because of how helpful the first saleslady was during my initial visit.
