Out and about on a Sunday afternoon excursion with a friend, the mattress topic came up and she insisted that we visit America's Mattress since she needed to make a pillow purchase anyway.. Meeting store manager Brittany was much appreciated as she made the whole process a whole lot easier due to the fact that she was respectful, not pushy and very knowledgeable! She never hesitated to answer any and all of the questions I threw at her and gave me plenty of space and time to test out multiple mattresses during both of my visits. At this point, I have yet to have my new mattress purchase delivered - but I will be sure to update the review after that is completed.

During the move i got some dirt on the mattress cover and when the replacement came I was told that my warranty was void due to it being dirty. I washed the cover to the standard on the tag and everything came out, but when i called to get it replaced the store told me that it was possible that i used chemicals and the warranty was still void. Needless to say i got pretty upset at the fact they were stonewalling me. Now I have a $3700 mattress sitting in a spare bedroom. Never buy from any of these stores, and never buy tempurpedic.
