FRAUD ALERT with this business: 2 years ago my husband and I took a little trip to Ocean Shores. We rented a room, then it started to rain. We drove down the street to Box Office Video. Rented a movie, returned it the next day, then headed home. 2 months later, my credit card was charged for $72. I called Box Office Video and talked with the owner and asked him to look for the movie I returned. He found the movie I rented and my account said "returned". However, he couldn't tell me why my card was charged $72. He said he would refund it by the end of the day. I checked my account 3 days later and didn't find a refund. Called again. Same conversation. We had this same conversation 5 times over the course of 3 weeks. Then I told him, if it wasn't refunded, I was going to call the State Attorney General's office to file a fraud claim. He said he understood and promised me his accountant would take care of it. He never refunded the charges. I filed a claim with the state, and a copy of the claim was sent to him. Also, filed fraud with my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS".
