Two very professional and kind drivers came to help us when our vehicle broke down on 04/23/2025. One took me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car, while the other took my husband to the dealership for service. This kind of service often comes with a wait due to supply and demand, but when you're met with kindness and professionalism like this, it makes a stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you to my driver, who patiently waited at Enterprise while I confirmed my rental--only to find out they had zero cars, despite taking my reservation. If I could rate this a zero and still put a review in would, got sent an insurance claim from my mom yesterday, and accepted the insurance claim but instead of responding they left her stranded for 3 hours in the rain. After my mom recontacted insurance, after over an hour past her original eta, to check up they once again just did not respond and never called back. Dropped her with no communication. They seem to just want to take your money and time. Would recommend never even trying to call them as it would be a waste of time, money, and energy. read more

Bowles Towing out of Glasgow Ky left me hanging last night for nearly 3 hours,broke down in the rain after they accepted a tow request from my insurance company. After waiting over an hour past my eta, my insurance company reached out to them for an update. Bowles Towing wouldn't answer or return the call. Nor did they call me to inform me they couldn't complete the job. Since I spoke with the office lady shortly after the request was made. She knew my situation and knew I was waiting for them. Luckily Parrish got me taken care of and was very professional. Here's a little tip to Bowles Towing. If you're going to accept a job. Stop leaving people stranded and waiting with no communication. If you can no longer complete the job you accepted. Communicate that so something else can be arranged. I understand things happen ,but . As a public service. Yall should understand the importance of the safety of stranded drivers, professionalism and consideration. Also,a little side note. After what yall done to me last night. I asked around and looked up reviews for your service. This isn't anything new. It seems leaving people stranded with zero communication is a habit with this company. Please save yourself the hassle and stress. Go with a different tow company. One who actually cares. Horrible customer service. The tow truck never arrived. They also responded in a rude manner when asked when they would be arriving. We were given excuses such as the passing light shower of rain for the reason they hadn't arrived yet. The wait was initially 2 hours and then 45 min were added on and other 30 min. I Had requested a tow from State Farm roadside service. Bowles Towing LLC was dispatched to my call. I was stuck on the side of the road in a ditch louisville road and my truck could not go forward without breaking my wheel studs. First it took them 4 hours to get to my truck. I called the office I told the owner that my truck couldn't be loaded from the front it needed to be loaded from the rear he reassured me that they got it under control so I said okay you all are the pro. The driver showed up finally i explained to him what was going on, he looked at my truck and then proceeded to tell me he doesn't know what he can do for me without damaging my truck. I told him o called already and said it needed to be loaded from the rear so he calls the owner tells him what's going on. After having the highway blocked for 20 min he advised me to get into my truck and drive it forward he would watch to make sure my wheel didn't fall off. I did what he told me to do. I broke all my wheel studs but one. now my truck is halfway in the road and about to drop to the frame. He doesn't know what to do next. I call a another tow service because at this point everyone is blocked for a mile they are cussing at us. I call two brothers towing they said they would come help and assist the tow so we can get my truck loaded. two brothers said they would pick my truck up from the rear and walk onto Bowles towing roll back and they could tow me home. I told the driver the plan he said okay. Two brothers hasn't even completely showed up we seen them driving down the road Bowles towing driver says imm get my truck out of the way of traffic so drivers and go through and gets in his roll back and leaves. Left me HIGH AND DRY! The other tow truck driver and I were in shock.. I tried to call the driver to come back and help us and he wouldn't answer the phone. I then had to snap my rim and tire off my truck and let it hit the axle and two brothers had to drag my truck up onto their tool back and they towed me home. DO NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE! Find another towing service they are not professional by any means! It popped my tire cracked my rim after o filed a claim they of course weren't held responsible because the driver didn't touch my truck biggest crock of crap I've ever experienced! This is the worst business I have ever encountered. State Farm's roadside assistance set us up with this business. They originally told us we would be towed within 60-75 minutes. After 85 min we called State Farm because we could not get ahold of the driver. State Farm told us that they had added an additional hour to the arrival time. After 2.5 hours we called them again with no answer. We called State Farm and they said the driver said he was 28 min away. After 5 hours they took $250 out of my account and never showed up and never answered. After calling another towing company they said that it is a very common problem with this business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. After 7 hours they still have no issues a refund. read more
