With clean, renewable energy at the forefront of this entire buildings core, it is hard not to jump on board and get excited about the kind of model this could be for future, similar concepts! I opted for a chicken caesar wrap from the pasta station in their food court. I also ordered a coffee (they brew finger lakes onsite) and it was the perfect midday pick me up. The space is all about community and I even took a moment to go hop on one of the energy powered bikes upstairs! There is an instagram-worthy indoor herb garden that the chef uses to cook, and a VR area in the Imaginarium.
