The place is older, definitely needs some upgrades and repairs the prices are average. However, staff and general manger are great. read more

From food recommendations, to drink recommendations, and then helped us celebrate our son's 16th birthday in such a great way! All the staff and the manager were amazing as well! Absolutely filthy! Food all over, floors collecting dirt and grime. You can tell they haven't wiped anything off for a long time.

The staff was not friendly or helpful, the shoes were old and ball selection was limited. It was very overpriced, $40 for 3 people, 1lane, 1 game. None of the arcade games worked. Everything is old. I've been coming here over the years and I've never seen it like this. read more

New staff they are rude and act like they do not want to be there. I bowl there only be cause I love the sport. The lanes break down and the lanes are dirty. I asked to bowl league style and was told no while right next to me there were guys bowling league stile. I bowl on 4 league and practice 2to3 times A week. I am not looking for any favors or extras just looking to be treated like a good customer instead of Someone they don't want there. read more

After reading the reviews on yelp. I truely don't expect much from this message. However, I am in town from Charleston, SC and spent the evening with my sister and family playing TWO games. Literally 2 total games tonight for EIGHTY dollars. There were only 4 of us. So approximately 52 minutes of the 2 hours was waiting for the lane to be fixed, and reset. We spent more time walking to ask the girl at the desk for help than we did bowling. While waiting for a lane we went to checkers to order some food. The 'FOOD' was quickly delivered. However for 50 bucks we basically were served reheated frozen food, and a 'nacho' catastrophe. I'm not even sure what the hell that was. I mean it was a night of bowling. My expectations were not that high. But to spend $130.00 for 2 1 hour and 8 minutes of bowling, and to come home hungry is totally ridiculous. I expect better. It is only Farmington. But good gravy, at least TRY. Like I said, I highly doubt I will receive a reply. I just wanted to let you know what an awful experience I had. And as it stands now I will NEVER be back, because the level of care at your business is sad. Hopefully YOU will change that and make it better. I am a big BIG supporter of small businesses, and hope that you will take the time to right all of the wrongs. You're sitting on a gold mine and with just some care it could be amazing. read more

Chris and the rest of the staff at Bowlero Lanes were extremely accommodating, helpful, and attentive for our littlest (BooBoo turning 22) birthday party today. We had a large group and everything went smooth and flawlessly to have an awesome time!!!! We rented our lanes by the hour, had children with us (kept just as entertained as the adults!), comfortable couches, clean facilities and great food and bar service as well. Havent been out for this kind of night in a while, will definitely be making a habit of it due to the service received. Thank you!!!!! read more

Lane kept breaking down. Still charge for the time it is broken down. It's a rip-off overall and I have to say not to go there.

by far the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. the staff did not care that our lane was down for 30 minutes and charged the full hour talked to a young man behind the counter and asked for help he said "I go ask someone else I'm dealing with league." I have never been to a bowling ally that charges by the hour, a complete scam. Put us on tiny lanes because league was bowling even though they had 10 regular lanes open. definitely will not be joining their leagues if that's how they treat people. just moved to farmington and lost my favorite sport. read more

I used to go here all the time and I came back into town to visit my mom and wanted something fun to do. We look at the sign outside and see the hours, the price and free shoes on Sunday! We are stocked. We walk in and there's a couple people. We get set up with a lane and start looking for balls. They are so mixed up you can't find the right weight and I can't find bigger finger holes. We try the balls we picked, our thumbs keep getting stuck and can't release, granted I have long nails on so it was extremely difficult for me. My mom goes up to ask the lady if she has bigger finger holes for different balls, she tells my mom we serve the general public and that the bigger pound balls have bigger holes. Which we knew but with my moms hurt wrists we couldn't go much bigger than an 11 pound ball and that was pushing it but that's the only one our fingers could fit. So we just bowl and have a good time. We go to pay she tells us what we are getting charged for... lane, game and shoes for two. I ask her aren't shoes free today she then tells me only for parties for 4 or more. Okay, we'll where is that stated? Went out side to the read the sign and look for fine print and there was none. Not satisfied with the visit and more than likely will not be back. We were going to go play pool but didn't think this establishment deserved my money. read more

I have been to worst bowling alleys! Compared to what it was quite a few years ago, I see definite improvement. Additional lanes in a closed off updated area, for the days when the leagues are running full. A sports bar! I have not bowled here but I do like the changes. read more

Rude staff, rude management, smelly old shoes and atmosphere. Farmington needs a new bowling alley... I hate to say it but this place is the worst of the worst. Unfortunately, kids like to go bowling so this is the only choice around here. Even the bowling balls smell bad and are old. Unless you have to, don't waste your time or money on being treated like dirt by the unprofessional and rude staff and take the drive to Ignacio to go bowling. Maybe someday they will get their business together, do some updating and train their employees to be at least halfway friendly. (The food could use a makeover as well). read more

Worst bowling ally ive ever been too. The staff was ungodly rude and unprofessional in any endeavor they attempted. The place smelt like an old gym and every surface imaginable was grimey or sticky like the staff never heard of cleaning. I wouldnt even try the food the place looked so horrid. read more

I thought it would be a great place to take my 70 year old grandmother. NOT! she wanted to leave due to getting harassed for having a bottle of water within 10 min of waling through the door. "We have water at the snack bar" Like anyone wants to pay for over priced water. Their food is over priced too I had to walk to the sonic across from them after bowling. Not a surprise I had a better experience eating there anyway. They should start handing out manuals for customers with how many rules they have for the place. Its a shock they dont have you sign a waiver before bowling. The machinery is always getting stuck or breaking down so its agonizing and annoying having to wait for them to fix it every 5 min of your game. DO NOT go to this place when its packed on a weekend, the feet smell is even worst than on the weekdays. Speaking of feet, the shoes are stained with other peoples feet sweat so if you do decide you want to come here, bring your own bowling shoes. The employees are sour faced, no smiles at all or a "Hows your day going." Dont blame them, I would be like that too if i worked at a place like this. Its saddening seeing how often individuals quit. The employees who have been working there for a while are very rude, especially to Native Americans. Couldn't enjoy a drink at the bar and a smoke outside without being chased down and being told "Youre going to pay for that drink!" Knowing they still have my drivers licence they take for collateral at the front desk. I feel like the plastic containers they give you for your shots are only half of what a proper shot glass would have. Thankfully noticed that before I wasted my money on buying one. I'm not even going to get into how ugly and unsanitary the bathrooms are, no changing station for any kids. I'm never again stepping foot into this place, thank god for them right? Hopefully someone will see this before coming to this place and decide to go somewhere else and actually have fun for a cheaper price. read more

I opened a tab at the bar, closed it and left. Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank statement and discovered that they had kept my information and charged my card for the balance of a Christmas party. When I asked them to reverse the charges they refused until I reminded them that theft over $500 was a felony. Incredibly rude and unhelpful even when they were clearly at fault. read more
