I was very impressed with the speed if response from them when I used yelps app to request a quote. She was VERY helpful. I never heard of this place prior to seeing it on yelp. The floral arrangements are unique. Unlike the typical ones from Thrifty Florist or the expensive Vivano Florist. They designs aren't the genetic 1800 flower templates that ALL the florist go off of from the web site. She can make ANYTHING. just sent her a picture from Pinterest or online and she will make your vision realty. For a VERY REASONABLE price. The corsages Are NOT tacky like the others that look like they are from the 80's. She made them with a modern twist. Great for a wedding, shower, Daddy Daughter, Dance, etc. And she even messaged me. I don't think I will ever call another florist again! I liked what I saw on the website so I called to order two funeral arrangements - one from the corporation and one from me. We talked through my likes and dislikes. I asked for a couple specific things, and she reminded me that, since it was a weekend, she'd have to work with what she had. Well, I was blown away, and I'm very picky. She sent me pictures of both (when has a florist ever offered that?!) and the pictures didn't come close to doing them justice. When we got to the funeral home, my friend's husband said so many people had asked where the arrangements were from. They were all so impressed. The friend I lost meant a lot to me. I own Fox and flora, a florist in San Diego, I am rating Jeri for her customer service over the phone since I have not met her in person. I worked with Jeri to send flowers to Michigan for one of my good customers, she was so awesome over the phone and was extremely knowledgeable about her florals, I can only imagine how that amazingness will reflect through her floral arranging! From my opinion her customer service and heart that goes into her business is alone worth this 5 star rating.
