He did not repair the rear bumper, mufflers and the hood was totally misaligned. If you ask for a quote don't expect getting one from jim as he is a crook! When I went to go pick up my vehicle I was told to hand over a cashiers check before I could inspect my vehicle. I returned to my vehicle and called the police as that is not how that works nor how the law is written. When I inspected my vehicle the rear camera was disabled, fluid levels were low and only half of the work was completed. I'd give him a -10 stars if it were possible. His lack of communication skills also don't belong anywhere in a business setting. So if you actually want your vehicle fixed I recommend you find someone else!

It was close, so I asked what it would cost so I could cover the difference. They told me they wouldn't recommend that. In other words, "we don't want to deal with it." So I said fine and took it to Ermal's. Their estimate was more than $4,000 less than Majestic and I'm back on the road! I got the feeling Majestic just didn't want to deal with the damage on my truck.

WOW! We had a major collision that took about a month between insurance, waiting on parts and…read morerepair work to be completed. The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.
