I stumbled upon this restaurant on Google last night and decided to come and try it for lunch…read moretoday. The market/restaurant itself isn't super big but they have a nice selection of seafood items for sale, both fresh and frozen. There are about 4 tables to sit down at. I ordered the lobster roll and the truffle fries. I forgot to ask for the lobster roll Connecticut style (which I usually prefer) when I ordered so the sandwich had cold lobster with a mayo type sauce on it as well as tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce and it was delicious! It tasted fresh and came with a good portion size. The truffle fries were also good and not too salty. The food was served pretty quickly as well. I will definitely be coming back here to try more of the menu!

When we walked in we actually inquired about a dress code because we felt under dressed. And neither of us are really ever under dressed. There wasn't one so we took a seat the bar. This place is huge and beautiful. There is a gorgeous patio area and bar stools outside lining the indoor bar with garage doors that were open. I love an open air bar in the summer. It makes it feel so.... Summery. Our bartender was wonderful! Super helpful and accommodating. We spilt the lobster rolls because there were two of them and I never eat all of my food anyway. They split them up and gave us two plates with separate fries etc. The presentation was great. The food was delicious! I was working while we were there and needed to get on a few meetings so we ended up hanging out for about two hours. They were so good to us. Most definitely will be back!

I'm a sucker for a French 75 - their version was light, crisp, and perfect for a summer day. We had the pot of gold (lump crab) and whipped goat cheese spread for appetizers, the latter of which was my favorite. I loved the fresh flavors & sprinkle of pistachios. For dinner, I ordered the Carbonara Bucatini and it was so delicious. My brother and sister in law both ordered the filet and finished every bite. I'm an out of towner, but I'd definitely visit again!

The bad news was they were small. The worse news they were the best Chicken I've had in Grand Rapids. They have something call crack spice on it and it is definitely crack and it is addicting. The chicken was absolutely perfectly fryed. I could have eaten a lot more than the wings I had. The batter itself is very tasty too. The spice goes perfectly with their fries too. There's nothing special about the fries themselves but add the crack and they are crack. Lastly I had their blue Koolaid and it was delicious too. The service was a little weird. The cook kept answering my questions from back in the kitchen, but she spoke softly and I could barely hear her. Apparently the cashier overcharged me and they offered to refund that, so they are honest. Everyone was friendly though. It takes about 20 minutes to cook, so beware. Overall a little strange but the food is definitely worth a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely.
