They claim that they help for dull diagnosis and when you get there they put you in a program and…read morethey intend to keep you there for 28 to 30 days they say that they say all these nice amenities and license staff and that is absolutely not the situation this is suboxone clinic and a place for the homeless it is filthy disgusting and there is no licensed staff in the building for someone looking for dull diagnosis help they put you in their program they don't help you within a few days to get treatment it took me 8 days to get them to understand why I was even there and when I went there they stopped all my medications withdrew me from everything I've been on for years all at once and added their medication without telling me what they were going to add and what it meant they're rude it's dirty unprofessional there needs to be someone to look into this place whether it's a mental health or better Business bureau or or joint commission all it is is fraud to the Medicaid also when you arrive there they take away all your personal belongings and as you are withdrawing from your medication onto their medication in this filthy environment of homeless people drug addicted just coming and going from beds and disgusting filth the most unprofessional place with the most fraud reviews they show all the nice pictures and amenities that is not what the place is they take you and more or less hold you hostage or they turn You loose into the street in an unsafe neighborhood for females with a mental illness I had to leave facility by ambulance because they were unable to treat any conditions they claim we are not a hospital. They called my son and told him I left ama they did not tell him I left by ambulance when I got to hospital and they listen to my statements and I talked with a psychiatrist there and they told me stay at the hospital do not leave here wait for your family and do not go back there alone take the police or your family.

Personally, not a fan of this particular behavioral health center. I was a patient here for three…read moredays. I signed a AMA to get released before my three days so once you sign that paperwork within 24 hours, somebody is supposed to come talk to you and then release you however they waited almost 2 full days before sending someone to talk to me by that time. I only had a day left and did not see any therapist or have any medication given to me. The day I was leaving, they prescribed me medicine 20 minutes before I left so they had no idea how the medicine was going to react to me and sent me about my way. I also had an incident inside the building where I started to feel nauseous and went to the bathroom to throw up somehow I ended up on the floor. The nurses did not really care at all. Nobody gave me any sort of medical attention besides asking if I was OK. I proceeded to throw up from almost 8 months straight after leaving the facility because not a single provider gave me proper medical attention. I personally wouldn't even send a dog here. Don't know how this place is still functioning because if it was up to me, I would shut it down.

I was fortunate enough to choose Dr. Andrew Yoder for my ADHD testing…read more I've been to many counselors & I've always hated it for their lack of decorum or ability to see me for who I am. This was a better experience than I could have expected or hoped for! Dr. Yoder is very professional. The questionnaire you do for ADHD is very personal and yet I never felt judged at any time. During our telehealth session (That's what I think they are called anyway.) , he continued with the next question as if everything I said was perfectly natural. I felt seen & heard. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. (Not used to that at all!) I will be able to start ADHD medicine soon and I'm excited to get my extreme highs down and be able to function without feeling so bad about myself. I was initially frustrated that I couldn't speak to a receptionist, as we all know what it's like to wonder if we can expect a call back at all from most places.
