Unfortunately they stopped that. Have not been there in some time. Then I began to receive emails offering 20% off my dry cleaning order. I had a comforter and table runner that needed dry cleaning so I took it by one of their Greenville locations. Young man scan the coupon and it was on my receipt. They have a great service now where you are notified via email that your items are ready. Went by to pick them up and I was charged full price was over $50 for two piece!!! The young lady didn't know why the discount didn't get deducted, but was going to send an email to their main office and said they would be in touch with me about it. Gave it several days with no response. I called and asked about it. I was told that the coupon said it was not for household goods. I pulled the coupon back up and it says no such thing anywhere on it. I asked for a manager and was told they would call me. After another few days and not hearing anything, I called back. Told me that the manager had been out of the office and would call me when they were back (why didn't you tell me that in the first place?!). Over one week later and I have never been contacted by Bowen Cleaners. I'm guessing the coupon was a bait and switch. I would not recommend Bowen Cleaners and will not use them at all in the future.

Their drive-thru drop-off is on the right side of the building. I found the staff to be friendly. There only appeared to be one person working the drive-thru and walk-up counter, so drop-off & pick-up were a little slow. At $1.49, the price for men's dress shirts to be more than reasonable. Shirts were ready the next day as promised. Since their sign now says $3.49 instead of $2.99, I'm guessing they increased their prices on suits & uniforms. All said, I'll be back, because they delivered what they promised in a timely a manner for a reasonable price.

What promotes and establishes this business is its staff, kind and personable. We have read the reviews for this business with interest after an experience that will be our last. We will move on to another dry cleaning business after years and significant financial outlay regarding our clothes entrusted to 2.49 or 3.49 Cleaners. Our last experience with this dry cleaning business included two fairly new sweaters, a very nice sweater set that they had cleaned for us two or three times without issue. This visit returned the sweater set ruined from application of excessive heat. The sweaters were melded together from within having to be pried apart. Fibers broken and fibers shedding made the sweaters unwearable. That is over $150. of loss. A month passed before the owner responded that he took no responsibility for the damage. We have read this response in other reviews. Maybe the owner feels no community connection as B and W did if a problem occurred on their end. Maybe the owner is less responsible than he/she could be. Maybe the owner does not care. We embrace all of the above for our personal and business interactions, and therefore cannot and will not return to this business. Your customers deserve better. Your employees deserve better.

I took a completely sequined dress to Sarah to be altered for a wedding. The dress was very long…read moreand large at the top, and I was worried that sequins/beading would fall apart the more altering she did. It took her about a week to complete and it was PERFECT when I got it back. The bride went with me to pick it up after alterations, and she said it was the best looking bridesmaid dress out of the group (other bridesmaids had taken their dresses elsewhere for alterations). Another bridesmaid took her dress elsewhere and the seamstress butchered the dress-- breast pads put in the wrong place, too much length taken off the bottom, and it was cut crooked. I suggested she take the butchered dress to Sarah. Sarah worked her magic and fixed that dress. The placement of the inserts were corrected. She fixed the uneven length on the dress, although my friend had to wear flats to the wedding because of how much length the original seamstress cut off. Overall, the bridesmaid and the bride were both happy with Sarah's corrective work. If I lived in the area, I would religiously use Sarah for all of my alteration needs!

They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. I won't go anywhere else.

The…read morelarge washers (only ones I really looked at) are very dirty on the outside, the windows and surrounding areas are caked with dirt, as are the knobs and handles. I realize things can get dirty quickly in a place like this, but a good wipe down is sorely needed. I would also like to mention that I asked for change for a $20 bill, just two 10s or 5s, whatever they had, and was told, "I was told to keep the change for our paying customers." Well I'm sure I "paid" about $22.00 while doing my own laundry. (2 ex large washers, 2 smaller ones and drying, etc) I smiled and went and got my change from the machine, but maybe a few extra bills should be kept on hand for those of us who don't "pay" the humans, but we Do pay the machines. Overall, this is a nice place to do laundry. A TV, free internet, generally clean, and close to McDonald's and other stores. I will be back every week, as usual. =)

Monday-Friday 7a-10a and after 6pm there is someone to provide wash and fold service. She made it super simple they were running a 1$ lb deal. 50$ and three hours later most of my laundry is ready for putting away. She was super nice. Will be going back for more later
