This couldn't have been a better experience. I have a 9 month year old German shepherd who is very…read moreanxious and somewhat reactive. I told her ahead of time and didn't hesitate to book us. It was his first grooming experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect from him. She was so patient with him/us! She sat in grass for about 20 minutes while she let me dog warm up to her. She let me be in the truck with her to make my dog feel more comfortable. She was extremely patient and gentle with him. She didn't push him to do anything that would make him more anxious. He ended up LOVING the experience. He looks and smells so good! The sweetest girl ever who clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend!

First time checking this place out over the weekend. My baby girl Viper actually didn't mind taking…read morea bath here! She was a little scared at first being in a new place, but after the water was turned on, she relaxed, and it was so much easier to get her to take a bath. The price is worth it for me, it's a pretty reasonable price, not expensive, since she does not like to take a bath at home. She's terrified of the bathroom, and as soon as you put her in the tub, it's like wrestling in a kiddie pool. Lol. She's not afraid of water, as she will go swimming in the water, and play in puddles, but the bath tub, whether it is a shower, or tub full of standing water, she does not like it, so this place will become a regular stop for us. It will help me be able to actually take her a bath, instead of both of us getting soaked, and helps on me not bending over fighting in the tub, so my back, and knees don't hurt either. There is a good selection of shampoos and conditioners to choose from, and a nice warm fluffy towel for drying off. We will be back on a regular basis to keep her nice, clean, and fluffy!!!
