I had a chat with one of the owners last week on the phone and had to change my appointment because my mother passed away. Not only was he understanding, when I did show up, HE REMEMBERED. He was very sweet and apologetic, way more than a place to just get my dog groom should've been. Customer service alone should be 6 stars. The groom itself! They did exactly what I asked, when I asked it for with my schnauzer, what more could you want! All I wanted for them was to clean Ashen's face, and to maybe trim his paws. They did both. I was worried that they would do other stuff, but man, you should've seen how fluffy he looked. I actually scheduled an appointment a little in advanced next time so they'll just text me next time so I wouldn't have to worry about. Overall, GREAT JOB!

As pet owners sometimes we don't know all the little details that our groomers should see. Misty, takes time to get to know your animals and their personalities. As a one woman business owner you can't help but appreciate how she can care so much about your animals while maintaining a growing business. Her rates are too reasonable and needs to increase because of the awards she constantly wins and showcases on her wall for being a top groomer and from showing her dogs. If you call and are lucky enough to get a time slot for her to groom your dog, take it!! She gives back to the community with various photo ops with the Easter bunny and Santa and does it all for donations for charity. We are so lucky to have Misty in our community. My family is a proud owner of 4 doodles that Misty grooms for us. I am also a local small business owner.

She rudely informed me that she was waiting on a call about her mother being in the hospital. I am a very compassionate person, and I apologized immensely for inconveniencing her. She continued to be extremely nasty to me. She hastily told me that she was not excepting any new clients, and she would not answer any of my further questions. She was also extremely disrespectful to me. I will NEVER take ANY of my 7 animals to her. I highly do not recommend anyone calling her! I am a firm believer in excellent customer service, especially when you are in a business that you have to deal with the public. I was also raised to be respectful to EVERYBODY no matter what!!!!

After 16 years we recently lost our beloved cat and they helped with all of the arrangements and such. While we are not yet ready to find another pet to adopt us as a family, we will, without a doubt, be taking our new pet someday to Lovan Care for whatever needs our pet may have. After reading that the business is under new ownership that made me a little nervous but I can honestly say that I would definitely recommend Anderson Ridge to anyone looking for an affordable option with friendly staff. We had tried other places before this but we either got no answer or straight to voicemail and no one ever called us back. It was incredibly easy and quick to book an appointment. Dr. Amanda Worrell and her staff were amazing during our visit. I had to take my boyfriend's dog because she wasn't doing too well and he had to work during our appointment. As soon as I got her checked in we were seen right away. Everyone was extremely helpful and very polite. That definitely made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Worrell told us everything she was going to be doing and how long the wait time would be. Tula had to get an exam done and a x-ray. It took no more than 25 minutes for everything to be done. After getting the everything done Dr. Worrell gave us our results and what the next steps looked like. Dr. Worrell did an excellent job at explaining everything to my boyfriend and I. Every step of the way was easy and understandable. The costs of everything was very reasonable and affordable. The staff definitely knew what they were doing and truly cared for Tula's wellbeing. You can tell Dr. Worrell has a passion for what she does and is truly trying to help others. Overall, our experience was great and I will definitely be bringing Tula back and our other dog Lexi as well. Don't let the negative reviews cloud your judgement! You're in great hands with Dr. Worrell and her staff.
