He took samples out to show us the differences in size and color and emphasized the importance of cut. I knew I wanted a particular look, but I was struggling to articulate it -- Richard was able to translate my idea into a custom design that perfectly fit what I had in mind! Each step of the process was really fun and exciting. Being able to see a paper sketch transform into a 3D rendered model and then into a wax replica was admittedly way cooler than my fiancé and I anticipated.
