Jenny is the daughter of Gloria and she was running the store with a new born and mom away on vacation. They did not miss a beat. Jenny helped while in store with choosing a dress and asking about style preferences to pull dresses to try on, she made the entire process and my daughter comfortable. The even fitted the dress with alterations, which was a relief not having to take the dress elsewhere. Additional fees do apply. Gloria messaged me the next day about the dress we ordered while still away and made sure all loose ends were tied up. The dress was comparable to all other shops and reasonably priced. We will be heading in for her Senior Ball dress as well. My daughter was so impressed she referred 4 other friends to get their dresses there.

Unfortunately, I ran into sizing issues that caused a lot of unnecessary stress during my wedding planning. While searching Google for my veil, I came across AE Bridal and discovered they carried the exact same veil for $300 that Miosa was charging $490 for! That's almost a $190 difference for the identical veil! To my surprise, AE Bridal was only about 25 minutes farther away. I couldn't believe I hadn't found them sooner! So you don't know the cost until after you've tried the dress on and love it, then you ask the cost and learn the price of the dress. I am giving three stars because every time I asked a question of one of the ladies assisting my daughter with trying on dresses, she would turn and ask another employee a question in Spanish. I personally spoke to every single employee in the store and know that they all speak English. I was the groom of a recent wedding and was in need of a tux rental for me and my groomsman. My now wife didn't like the look/style/colors of tux's at several other rental places but found the perfect look for me at Jim's Formal Wear online. Since Magnolia is a distributor for Jim's Formal Wear, I went in to get sized and place the order for the rental. Lupe was awesome and went above and beyond with her service. She sized me up (and several of my groomsman) and placed the order. A few days before the wedding, we got the tux's. Mine fit perfectly, but one of my groomsman's pants were too small. Lupe overnight shipped bigger replacement pants right to his house to save him a 30 minute drive of having to come back in. Another groomsman was out of the country for the military and sent me his sizes via text. Unbeknownst to me, Lupe explained the situation to Jim's Formal Wear and together she was able to get them to send out a second suit (one size larger) just in case the sizes he sent me were to small. This of course was at no extra cost to me. Lupe was instrumental in ensuring the wedding day went off without any hiccups because of her superb customer service.
