The person who scheduled my appointment was well versed in my circumstances. She said I had to have him seen in person for an accurate quote. Our appointment was several weeks out. I took off work (no pay) and drove 40+ minutes to their Smokey Point location. On appointment day, the girl tried to take a pano of my son's teeth. I declined "no thanks, we're here for a quote to get braces off and into a retainer." There is no need for excessive radiation to get a quote for removal. When we got into the room with "Mel" I informed her of my situation. We moved in and out of state twice in two years for my work and I had unknowingly exhausted our ortho benefits between two offices that my son had been transferred through so, we needed braces off and into a retainer. I explained we were here for a quote and that I had already gotten three other quotes, but due to financial situation, things were tight and I was trying to make the best decision. She said she would let the orthodontist know. The orthodontist came in and I started to explained why we were there. She cut me off right away. She said she was thinking I had a billing question. I told her no, I was trying to make conversation and explain how we got to this point. She didn't let me finished. She wasn't interested and she didn't care. I was so disheartened and shocked by the terrible customer service experience. I already feel awful enough to unknowingly have exhausted our ortho benefits and needed to take braces off. She completely ignored why we were there. She proceed to tell "Mel" how long treatment would be needed for and how it would just be for some aesthetic purposes. Super perplexed, I again informed that we have no money for treatment and were there for a quote to remove braces and get into a retainer. She left the room. I waited patiently for the quote. "Mel" explained we wouldn't be getting one because the orthodontist recommended another 9 months of treatment. Baffled, I starred at her... I was so confused. I reviewed for the one thousandth time we have no money and were scheduled for an appointment to get a quote to remove braces. I explained I took time off work and drove 40 minutes for a quote. She went and checked in with orthodontist and came back and said she still couldn't give me a quote for the reason we were there. She said her clinical practice managers were all in training and they would get back to me. She very very condescending about how frustrated I was. Never heard back from anyone. For unprofessionalism, terrible customer service, condescending, horrible team communication, and strong distrust, they get a one star. If possible, I'd give a negative star for the time off work no pay and wasted gas.

Pellegrini was able to come up with a plan using Invisalign, which I wasn't expecting for how crooked my teeth were. The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. It took some time and a few adjustments but my teeth look great, feel great, the bite is wonderful, and I can't imagine what it was like before. Come here with confidence, they're amazing!

The office is warm and inviting, with a video game waiting area, bottled water, and usually some kind of raffle or swag. He also has a "greenie" reward system, where individuals can collect fake money for taking care of their teeth and redeem it later for different prizes. I did a couple brackets with a rubber band and finished my first round of Invisalign in about three years. Went to college and got off my routine for a while, but Dr. Pellegrini was right there to help me fix it, and offered me a no-interest payment plan. He always walked me through my options and asked for my opinions on them, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I have a missing tooth due to not having an adult tooth to come in after the baby tooth fell out, which led to my teeth moving and becoming uncentered. Not only did we fix the centering, but Dr. Pellegrini cosmetically adjusted my canine to make my smile the very best it could be. I will be recommending Dr. Pellegrini to individuals of all ages!

The waiting room was over crowded and we barely had anywhere to stand. While examining my daughter the Dr. asked my daughter directly if she had started her period. I noticed that Dr. Katz doesn't even have a medical degree and had no business asking or needing this information. She then stated that it's really important to start her treatment now because she will stop growing soon. There is no way this is accurate. She is 11 years old. The Dr. also told us she will need 2 baby teeth extracted by her regular dentist even though her dentist doesn't agree. The dentist left the office w/out explaining the reason behind this, leaving her assistant to explain. The assistant also told us that the braces will help with grinding, which made no sense. The whole visit was over an hour and felt inappropriate and grifting.
