I had to get a cleaning done as my first appointment and after a quick scan and check, I had a minor filling crack that needed to be filled. Generally most dentists tell you to come back later under a new appointment but I was offered to get it done right after my cleaning! Wow! That saved me an additional trip and the Dental team did an amazing job to patch me up :) I would highly recommend this place!

I should have read reviews first. this office is awful and unprofessional. the receptionist is kind…read morebut the rest of the staff including GiGi not so much she's very argumentative. Reading other reviews now, I'm not the only person they've done this to. I was talked into a crown. I wanted to just get the tooth pulled because it's in the back where you can't see it and it was more affordable, but they said it wouldn't work because of my upper partial. (I could have had it evaluated first) they went ahead and billed my insurance for the crown without my knowledge and that was the first mistake because I later found out what should have been reimbursed to me they kept. They are not there for you... they are there for your money. I had NO issues with my temp crown. once the permanent was placed and the numbness was gone, I started having major pain that they refused to fix. They just kept giving me excuses. After 2 weeks they've seen me once and that's only because I insisted because of the discomfort and extreme pain I was in. All the dentist did was shave it down just a little bit. There was no x-rays or anything to see if there was anything going on inside underneath of the crown that is now slightly loose. They said they explained in the beginning that I might need a root canal after. Isn't that something that should be done as a preventative before a crown. Jill the office manager tried saying it's my fault and gave me attitude saying well what do you want us to do about it and told me there's nothing more they could do and told me to see someone else. (Very unprofessional) Umm this is supposed to be a post crown placement follow up that they refuse to treat. now I'm at risk for an infection and in constant pain. I can't afford anymore work because of my fixed income but I would rather go broke and be out of pain. I set up a GoFundMe that has had no luck. I have no choice and I don't trust them at this point to do the right thing and make it right. some girls in office are great. but I would avoid this place and always check reviews. the low star ratings should have been enough for me to run the other way. And always get a second opinion. This is a pressure procedure place that tries to overcharge. They tried to charge a fee to use a finance company to pay for my balance saying that's what the company charges the office to use the service. However I called the company and found out that was a lie. Then all of a sudden the office told me that they were going to eat the fee lol

Everyone at…read morethis office is amazing, from the front desk to their assistants and hygienists to Dr. Peterson himself. I moved to the area a year ago and was overdue for an annual exam/cleaning. The exam was very through. I appreciated being able to go through my x-rays and pictures of my teeth with Dr. Peterson. He was very informative and explained in great detail the situation that was going on with my teeth. I have crossbites, a jaw size discrepancy and surprisingly, my wisdom teeth! He offered great suggestions as to what to do to help my teeth. He also gave me a referral to an orthodontist in the area that has worked on his own teeth! Kimberlee was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was great! She explained to me the importance of keeping up with my oral care (which is a given) and offered me a few tips to make taking care of my teeth a little easier. She was easy to talk to and I am thankful that she really took the time to clean my teeth since they easily build up plaque. I tend to have anxiety when I go to the dentist or even think about going. It is part of the reason why I procrastinated being seen. I absolutely had none here. The thing that sets them apart is everything they plan on doing is explained throughly so you always know what to expect. Thank you so much to this office for helping me get over my fear of the dentist!

The Smile Store Love my Smile Auburn WA review…read more Love my smile review First, I went into the Love My Smile office, in Auburn WA, inquiring about the snap on 4, dentures, only to find out that they don't do those there, plus, they are way too expensive. I hadn't had my teeth pulled yet, (those that I had left, that is). It would take months after they were extracted, before my insurance would pay for dentures and I wanted the same-day, dentures that go in immediately after extraction. I was quoted, $1000.00/ea, top and bottom. They fit you for them prior to extraction. They knew the date, and the dentist office that would be taking them out, and said they would be ready in time. I could only afford the top, as I had to pay cash. They day came, and I went to the dentist for extraction. They didn't have the dentures, so I tried calling Love my smile, to no avail. I went by the office, and they had gone home early. I went in the next day, and they gave them to me. They wouldn't fit, and I was told to try them every couple of days when the swelling went down. I finally went back in weeks later, because they were no where even close to fitting. I sat there in the exam chair, and John immediately went to the back to make a phone call. I heard him arguing with someone. He came back and informed me that I had been given someone else's dentures. I believe he knew this before I even got there. Your name is printed inside on the gum material. I thought it was a number, as it was very small print, too small for me to read. I asked what recourse I had. I would now have to wait even longer, for what they advertise as, "same-day dentures. " I was not happy, but he said they could probably give me the bottom set, free of charge. You'd think first of all, that when dentures arrive, that they would first look to see if they were "same-day", dentures, or regular dentures. If they were "same-day" dentures, they should look at when the extraction date is, and either send them to the dentist, or call the customer to pick them up, so they can be put in immediately after extraction. They didn't call me, nor did they even tell me whether or not they send then to the dentist. They had the date, and the dentist office, on file. They didn't call me, and then, left early the day I needed them. Of course that wouldn't have helped, since they didn't confirm that MY NAME, was on them. I finally got them, and he did some dremeling on the gums, and put some more material in them. He didn't smooth out the area he worked on, and I got sores in my mouth. I fixed it myself. He also told me that reliner is included after my gums shrink. I called months later, and he said it's too late for the TEMPORARY reliner, and that it costs $500, and insurance should cover it. I had to reschedule, and when I went in, they didn't even have the material in, to do the reline. He used some temporary, white material instead, and didn't trim it or anything.I had to pull it off. I tried calling him on the fact that he said the first reline was included, which he now denied. They didn't explain any of these details, and my paperwork, didn't either. They also didn't act like they even cared that they hadn't contacted me to pick up my same -day dentures, and left the office that day. I canceled my future appointment for reline. A purchase like this isn't cheap, and my insurance didn't cover it. Details about what is included, and the process, wasn't documented. His words meant nothing. I didn't imagine it. He quoted me $1000.00 for each denture, and I was charged $1500.00. Maybe that extra $500.00 was for the reline he denied me? I did receive the bottom partial for no additional cost, but, all in all, it was NOT a positive experience . I am searching for another denturist for my permanent dentures.
