Yes, in my case, LANGOHR'S FLOWERWORLD ROCKS! Here are a few reasons why I say this: I was ordering flowers for a dear, dear friend who had just moved to CO from WA. I had to take a leap and hope the florist I picked would do a good job, right? TA-DA!!!! 5 stars across the board! The gal on the phone was kind, incredibly helpful, and clearly knew her craft. By the way, IT WAS VERY LAST MINUTE, and she was still FABULOUS! As I usually do, I simply gave a price range, a general feel for what I wanted, and said, "Make it lovely." HURRAY! IT WAS GORGEOUS! They even texted me a picture (which I accidentally deleted) showing it had been delivered and was, indeed, perfect! My darling friend, Ms. D, was thrilled! YAY! I will absolutely use Langohr's again! Try them; you will thank me!

Budget Bouquet did my wedding in October, and I cannot begin to say how pleased I was with every aspect of their work! The customer service is fantastic, and their work is stunning! I admit, when I started my search for a florist, I was hesitant to try Budget Bouquet simply because of the name. I know, it was very shallow of me, and I definitely learned my lesson! I came into Budget Bouquet after three other disappointing florist meetings, and I was fairly broken and really just wanted someone to at least give me the time of day. The women at Budget Bouquet blew me out of the water! I came in with no appointment, just hoping to set something up, and they invited me to sit down with them right then and there despite being busy with orders. We talked for two hours. I cannot express how important it was to me that they took the time to invest in the face-to-face. Never did I feel rushed or pigeon-holed. As part of our initial consultation, they began a file filled with details. They made copies of the idea photos I'd brought it and took notes on anything and everything--my ideas, flower possibilities, layout options, everything. We went over every picture I had, what I liked about them, what I didn't. Throughout all of it, they asked great questions and really worked to get an idea of not only what flowers I liked, but who I was and how that could be reflected in the flowers. They didn't just take down what I wanted, but they got to know me and my fiance and our unique situation and desires. This was all before I'd even agreed to work with them! That kind of customer service is hard to come by anymore! After I did agree, they continued to maintain the highest level of services, always finding the time to invest in me even when I'd randomly drop in just to say hi! On top of that was the experience and quality of the staff and their arrangements. Their work was beautiful and tailored to my personal situation. They were creative and able to offer up suggestions without having to rely on a picture. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the quality of the flowers was top-notch. They even got an upgrade on some of my flowers for me at no extra charge! As their name implies, they were very willing to work with me on budget and the best way to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. Budget Bouquet does a wonderful, open, and honest business. They pointed out places where I could easily save money (i.e. picking up the flowers ourselves instead of having them deliver, allowing the customer to rent the vases and displays instead of buying them, etc.) and made an active effort to offer those options instead of just assuming we wanted delivery or the like and tacking it on to the bill. They were very clear about what we were buying and where the money was going. In addition, their experience is incredibly valuable. I truly believe that they are artists in what they do, and that they exemplify the creativity and technique that high-class artists should have. I loved every aspect of working with Budget Bouquet! Thank you so much Rhonda and Michelle for making me feel as special as your own daughters, and for helping to make my wedding so beautiful! read more

I received flowers here as a gift for my birthday. They were beautiful. My review is based solely on customer service. They called me- the recipient- a day after my delivery to collect/ demand payment for the flowers. The call was super aggressive and they were incredibly inappropriate. Long story short- they had been paid for the whole time- by the fella who bought them for me- once they discovered that they had been paid for-instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or mistake (that they made)- they lectured me about if someone wants to buy me flowers in the future- they need to not do it online. They were so rude that I struggle not wanting to leave them one star- but the flowers really were pretty. read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Budget Bouquet. I live in Milwaukee and wanted to purchase my sister some flowers for her son (my godchild) since I couldn't make it to town for the baptism. I first looked online and was very happy with the selection of arrangements and prices I saw. Then I called about a particular arrangement (Haven Collection). They were able to describe what it would look like and how big it was, and they were willing to work with me on the overall color of the arrangement. My sister loved it AND I felt good about the handmade signature tin and the donation to Haven which is an organization which supports local women. Definitely recommend! read more

I was very pleased with the customer service. Where other florists where to busy or closed on Christmas Eve this shop was helpful at the last moment of 12-23 to get a arrangement made and then delivered on the 24th. I did not know it was so difficult to get a floral arrangement sent in Bozeman(I grew up in town & was shocked that other stores did not plan for last minute arrangement orders), even considering the holidays. So kudos to this shop that decided customer service and cheerful informed service is essential to customers. I appreciate that they went out of their way, and highly recommend this store to others who want the best. read more

We were told at the time of purchase that they would place the trees into the holes that my wife and I dug. All of a sudden, days after purchase, my son calls me while I'm at work saying that the trees were just delivered and dropped off in our front yard. One of the trees weighed around 600 pounds. We called them back asking for their assistance moving the trees, since they told us they would place them. They were very rude and said it was our problem now. Second experience: One of the two trees died a couple of months after planting. Went back and dealt with some woman who was unbelievable RUDE.
