In the summer, I went in with a friend who was looking for plants for a specific area in his yard…read more We were helped by Emma (blonde, unsure if there's more than one Emma working there). She was incredibly rude and dismissive. It was not even particularly busy that day! He described what type of area he had: full sun, well drained soil, no irrigation. She acted like she was completely bothered by the interaction and proceeded to recommend plants that needed the opposite requirements. We picked one up that stated full to partial shade on the plant care tag and put it back. I get that seasonal workers are harder to come by in town but I really expected better customer service at Cashman's. If you're going to be hiring students please train them better on the types of plants and how to professionally behave with customers.
