Both Joe and Allis welcomed us and spent a great deal of time sharing their vision and commitment to their residents. We brought mom back for a visit and she immediately fell in love with them and the facility. Their warm and caring personalities made mom feel very secure and they immediately became friends. When move in day came, mom was anxious but at ease with how smoothly it went. She settled in almost immediately. Both Joe and Allis are exceptional people who care deeply for their residents. As mom began to have physical difficulties, they knew what to do and how to respond to every need. Mom often said how secure she felt and how much she loved being there. Our family was extremely pleased with everything that they did for mom. If you are looking for a safe, supportive, involved care center for your loved one, we can without hesitation recommend Hamilton Mill Senior Care. They are awesome !!

I visited very frequently and the place was always spotless and the staff was so personal, loving and attentive. Even when nobody was around my grandmother would tell us how much she loved the people there and she felt like this is where she belonged. On the day we had to say goodbye to my grandmother the owners and staff were not only there for my grandmother but for us the family as well. One of the assistants made a point to tell us she loved her and to make sure we knew her favorite song. That spoke volumes to me about the personal relationship my grandmother had with them. This home and the people that run it felt more like family than a business. I will always be grateful for them.

I might add that almost none of the people working there speak English or understand it! they have an app the elderly have to speak into so the girls can understand them. if they sickly or disabled it is very hard to communicate! The girls then have to speak Spanish back into the phone so the elderly person can get an answer. CRAZY! PLEASE! be careful where you put your loved one's apparently there are a lot of places taking advantage of the elderly! It is so sad.

Shortly after the family was notified that our mother was being sent to the hospital for a stomach ache-we received a text to pick up her belongings. I hope anyone who reads this review will appreciate the time you spent sharing personal information that is unsubstantiated in an attempt to clear your name. We as customers have the RIGHT to review your facility. This site is not about reviewing paying customers. You are only making yourself look bad. As we search for a new facility and mention your name-we find our mother is not the only one to suffer from your abuse. I spoke with another facility yesterday (someone from your claimed community) that was also speaking with a family whose parent was under your care and was very displeased with your services. Our mother has never been discharged from any facility nor have I been banned from any facility. I'm not sure why you choose to fabricate these lies about our families situation. Your rant shows your true character and the uncaring nature of a person that has no business calling yourself a caregiver.

Also I didn't wait long to see a doctor. After running a few tests, they said they'd let me know the results via mail. Yes. That's right. Mail. No phone call saying what's wrong. Just snail mail. I brushed that off, thinking alright. It's your method. Just let me know. The letter came back saying that I looked perfectly healthy. Um...clearly I'm not if i went to see you. It's not like I went for a regular check up. If I had, then I could understand the letter as well as the message attached. However they didn't request any follow up to run different types of tests, to talk to me about my results, or anything. If you're looking for a regular check up, this would be a fine place to go. But if you're sick, I'd probably look elsewhere.
