After filling out the rental request form online I hadn't heard anything, then filled another out a week later, and called the number listed with no answer. A week later I received an email with a screenshot of my request asking to confirm my info, to which I replied "Yes." Then few days later I get a text from a random number stating "my phone was broke" and asking to confirm info again. Then they informed me that what I rented was not available, I asked for something in its place and they just replied "yes", lol that's it. After booking with another company I texted to cancel my reservation and received a rapid response that time stating "Ok, we will remove you from the schedule." Didn't ask why or what they could do to keep my business. Just seems like terrible customer service, glad I didn't let them ruin my daughter's first birthday party!

Would not recommend this company, the owner only cares about collecting money regardless of the circumstances. The company does not care to work it out with the client and everyone from the set up smokers to the actual owners are very argumentative and dismissive of their clients.
