We tried to schedule it two or three days ahead of Saturday, but they were fully booked and so I went on a waitlist. I was thrilled when we got notification that her appointment was booked for 9:45 - it turns out that they don't usually start piercing until 10, but they saw our waitlist request and decided to start early. Our piercer was great with my daughter and took her time making sure the spots were in the perfect place. I liked that she talked directly to my daughter, not just to me, and the staff were all friendly and complimented my daughter. I'm so grateful they fit us in and made the experience an extra-special memory for us.

It's certainly pricey and a definite vacation splurge for us, but it was a special memory. Definitely recommend!

We lost the balloons when walking in. They weren't securely attached (lol) so up they went. The AC convention center ceiling is holding the "40" balloon tight. I believe Bonnie is who I spoke with over the phone and she was so helpful and friendly. I appreciate the same day delivery and accommodating us at such a large venue. The jitneys were to run continuously from Icona in Diamond Beach to Reeds in Stone Harbor from 5pm to 10:30pm. (1) The jitneys arrived on time and early, and both were running while waiting for the first bus to fill. As it left, myself and guests on the jitney noticed it was not cool and asked the AC to be turned up. The driver, who barely spoke English, mentioned it was as high as can be, and because of the heat we needed to wait for it to cool down. Needless to say, it did not. As I and my guests got off the jitney, we were drenched in sweat because the AC never worked. I called the office and they assured me nothing was wrong and things would be fine. It never got better and the jitney never cooled down. (2) The continuous run between locations did not happen. One group of guests sat on the jitney at Icona for an hour waiting for the driver to leave, arriving to the event an hour and a half late because the driver wound not leave. (3) The AC Jitney Association culminated with the jitney that had the AC problem breaking down on the ride back to Icona at the end of the night. My guests were stranded on the side of the road for an hour waiting for the 2nd jitney to come get them. Police had to move the jitney to the side so it would not block traffic on a Friday evening. I contacted AC Jitney Association that night, the next day, and through email the week after the event and the problems, and NO ONE ever contacted me back. I paid $1000 for 2 jitneys, and only 1 was serviceable. No response from the company at all. I should have had the credit card company block payment, but I acted too late. Needless to say this experience will should be known to others who think they are contracting with a reputable company ... they are NOT, at least in my experience.

The TopGolf in Oceans very much exceeded expectations!…read more My fiancé booked 2 hrs of a private bay for us to celebrate our engagement. It was our first time visiting a TopGolf, whether it be their simulation bays or the full size ones. Our waiter was Brian, and he made the experience special. Out of 3 places that we had reservations for and had marked off special occasion of 'engagement' this place was the only one to acknowledge it. Brian brought out 2 glasses of complimentary champagne for our engagement and congratulated us both. The manager, Marco, also came over and congratulated us as well and talked to us for a little bit about it. We ordered some appetizers to snack on while playing different games in the bay. We had to ask Brian & Marco about the food though because it got to an hour and still nothing. They got it figured out and performed recovery, which went above and beyond what would be expected to me. The simulation bays have a wide assortment of games! You can play a few different types of golf games, from playing actual courses, to the top golf style game. You also have baseball, hockey, soccer, football, and zombie dodgeball. We tried a decent assortment of them and enjoyed them all. At $60/hr for a private bay i say its well worth the money. While it was just 2 of us, you can have up to 8 ppl in a bay. It was pretty open in there, with plenty of seating and a nice bar area. Staff were around to help with questions about the games. It was a very enjoyable experience and I have to thank Marco and Brian for helping make it such an experience. We will definitely be back
