Came here for my honorary niece's third birthday party and the kids had a blast. I've been here and SkyZone nearby and it seems like this space is better suited for younger kids -- there's still plenty to do and play on, but it's not as big and overwhelming as SkyZone. The kids get to access two different rooms that feature a bunch of bounce houses and blow up slides, then they get fed pizza and birthday cake and call it a day. Can't speak to what it costs to throw a birthday party here, but it did seem like it was a relatively not so painful experience overall. I do think you need to bring in your own cake/cupcakes and decor for it (though that might be optional). They take pictures of the kids playing throughout the party and play them on the TV in the party room at the end which was also very cute and a nice touch. read more

Rating: 4.5/5. I attended a birthday party with ten kids and their parents here. The facility was pristine. From the kids' opinions, it was a 5-star rating. Kids loved bouncing around, play with car toys, eating generous size portions of pizza and cakes, have a bag of favor upon leaving, etc. From the parents' perspective, a 3.5-star rating would be deserved. A nice touch is the staff will carry in a huge plastic bin on wheels all the gifts the birthday boy or girl received directly to the parents' car. BounceU also gave the birthday girl or boy a lot of balloons. Nevertheless, the music was too loud in all jumping areas. It made it difficult to socialize with other parents. They have safety problem. My 5-year-old kid went there for a birthday party. They have some foam blocks staking together between the castles to prevent kid from going to the back of castle. I have to say this is not a good way. For my kid tried to climb on the blocks and the stack of blocks (higher than an adults) fell down on my kid and hit her to the ground. My kid was so scared and was crying all the time afterwards. My wife talked with their employee about their potential safety issue, but their front desk consistently asked if that is a racial problem... Garbage..... read more

My son had his birthday here this weekend. This is my breakdown.. Kids had a blast. They didn't care about a lot of the things I will mention so if your looking just for that your good.. here are my issues. It was HOT! I know the day was hot but man I was sweating and so were the parents standing there. The party room is outdated and grungy. Cabinets broken, floors were so sticky, a little dirty overall. Bathrooms were not attended well as they were out of toilet paper. The food.. there was no cheese really on the cheese pizzas. Idk more of a tomato pie. We paid for extra food for parents and there was one slice of turkey per sandwich. No cheese, so really they were lettuce and bread sandwiches. Staff were young and nice and very much tried, I respect their working habits. But they never put out the balloons we brought and I had to set up the thank you gifts. They were great with the kids But probably could have used a supervisor to check the things brought in vs set up. read more

If it would allow me to give no stars that that is what this place would receive. We recently celebrated our five--year-olds birthday party there and the staff present behaved as if they were children themselves The staff members opted to hide within the inflatables to avoid having to interact with the guests of the party. During our check out process, the staff members were playing catch with a ball and hit one of the party guests in the face and continued playing after saying my bad. This was brought to the attention of the supposed store manager and it was completely brushed off. So if you're looking for a place to have a kids birthday party do not go here. He will spend a ridiculous amount of money and not get the experience that you're looking for. read more

I cannot comprehend why anyone has a party at any of these places. I have been to several kids parties at different locations. These places are absolutely filthy. you get to go to a couple rooms of blow up bounce garbage or a slide and the kids have fun because they don't know any better. The staff is always the same lifeless teenagers that don't smile or speak to a disturbing degree. The cake room or whatever was disgusting. The floor was so sticky my shoes were getting stuck and almost came off. At one point a juice got spilled and the lifeless employee did everything in their power to not look so she didn't have to clean it. I'm sure it's still on the floor. We recently had my sons birthday here , and it was great! Perfect for all age groups , we varied from 2 years old up to 12 and they all had such a great time . Loved the two different play rooms for the kids to play in. Only.complaint was that they didn't decorate the room with the supplies I left , which was annoying but Otherwise very happy with how the party went , would definitely Recommend read more

There is a big safety probblem here. II have been there for a number of birthday parties and open bounce. The staff is not trained and does not care. Kids are ALWAYS going down the tall slides head first. I spoke with owner (manager?) the first time at a party. Nothing changed I mention every time I go and even sent an email and nothing changed. There is no visual that says not to go head first. When I told the young man working the slide today he was snarky and rude and told me there is a sign at the top. So toddler and young kids who can't read the sign don't understand and he watched at least 10 kids go down and didn't say a word before OR after I tools him. A child will get paralyzed. Snarky teenagers and poor management apparently don't care. We will not be returning. They need to op ost visibly no head first and have staff that is trained to tell the little riders the rules. I like to come here with my two year old and my eight month old for morning open bounce. The staff really goes out of their way to encourage and engage with each kid! It can be chilly so I just keep their sweaters on. Love this place. read more

When I got here, I was not sure it would be something the 11 year olds would enjoy (I went w 3). We went to the open bounce on Saturday at 10am. So there were alot of small children too, but everyone played together nicely and the 11 year olds (and the other children there) had alot of fun. First they jump in ine room for 45 min, then they go to the next. Very smart. Great idea. All children had fun and the staff is very friendly. read more

This place is a birthday party factory. One group rolls in and the next lines up behind them 30 minutes later. Each party moves from room to room. Each has different bouncy inflatable toys. Just felt like we were shuttled through the place and that didn't appeal to me. Its run by a bunch of high school kids who are probably just doing what they're told. One thing I wasn't a fan of and that's the 34" limit for a kid to be able to get on the rides. We have two kids and our youngest wasn't really allowed to participate. You'd think they'd have had a smaller bouncy area for these tykes to play in. Instead we were simply told he couldn't participate. Much rather prefer a Little Gym or My Gym where all the kids are able to use the toys than this birthday party conveyer belt. Would not have a party there for my kids. read more

My kids LOVE Bounce U!!! I come here for them, since they always have such a great time. This facility is clean, new, organized and has lots of staff, which I appreciate. Each bounce apparatus had a dedicated staff who watches the kids. There is a wide variety of activities. My family had a 11, 8, 6, and 2 year old for open bounce. They all loved it! I had already booked a party here for my 9 year old son and then read a horrible review that was posted right after. I was nervous. But, I was so HAPPY with my event! The staff was so sweet and friendly. I was expecting to be shuffled around with little attention to us, but that could not be further from what happened. My daughter really wanted to have a birthday party at this place and therefore we booked everything. We ended up booking the highest priced package with all the frills. The person when booking the party was very helpful and nice and offered the promotion for a free bounce pass for all the kids. Well, the pleasantaries ended then right that day. I called to place the final number of kids and extra food order. The first person who took the order never updated the exact order in the system even after telling them specific food items. I called them again to add another food item, the lady who picked asked me again what food items I wanted and added it. She confirmed the promotion with me about the extra bounce pass. We were looking forward to the party. The party was scheduled to begin at 11:30. Being the host we were there by 11:15 but were told that our party host help still has not arrived yet. Eventually she arrived. We had to ASK for everything to make sure our guests were taken care of. In their party package, they had included balloon bouquet. They never got the balloons, till at the end of the party and that too we had to ASK for it. They never cared to offer the promotional bounce pass. Again, we had to ASK for it. We had ordered plenty of extra food for our guests, they never told us we were supposed to bring serveware. We ended up using spoons to serve pasta and salad and other items for which they OVERCHARGE you!! Literally you will pay 2 times for the food you can get outside, and thats the reason they don't allow to bring your own food. When we asked for our bounce passes, they kept on asking us that is it included in the price or did you buy them? Aren't they suppose to know what they offered in the package? We had to also ask for our PARTY FAVORS. Our party hostess was least bothered about how the party went and was just bothered about getting us from point A to point B. To conclude, if you are not going to take care of your customers, it is very likely people will top coming to this place. A word of advice, please know what you pay for because you'll h ave to ASK for everything. If you don't, they will get away with not providng it.
