We met a lovely person at the front desk who explained everything in detail. For walk‑ins, they provide all the necessary equipment along with an instructor for two climbs. They also have a bouldering wall, which you climb without a harness. No need to worry about falling as they have sturdy mats to cushion your landing. Another option is staff belayed climbing, where you get a full hour of top rope climbing with an instructor. You be climbing on their impressively tall wall. Look up... or down! Personally, I've never climbed anything that high. You do need to book that one in advance. It looks very challenging and we're definitely game. During the orientation, we learned about their membership options: one‑month, three‑month, or annual passes, with different pricing for adults and youth. You can save quite a bit with a family membership. If you're unsure about committing, they also offer day passes or a 10‑visit pass, with or without equipment included. They have a neat row of cubbies for your jacket, shoes, and other belongings, plus snacks, drinks, and clothing available for purchase. There's even a small gym near the front where you can lift weights or do some light cardio. I inquired if that's extra and the person stated it's included with the membership. Of course failure in this instance is an accepted result for fun. Our host David, was great in setting up the event and moderating our experience. Our group was setup with the room was closely matched the experience in our group. The tasks involved might have been a little much for the three person group I was in, I'd say a group of four to six is probably best for escaping without help and on time. David informed us of new rooms in progress, including an adult themed crime scene room in the works. There is also a hatchet throwing setup available which I didn't partake in. The costs are fair for the rooms they have. I'd surely be up for another escape (or failure) soon.
