I used to think this place was above average compared to the other chains. I was wrong. The staff…read moreare friendly, but disorganized. They constantly get meeting times wrong. The teachers are also uninformed about tests, such as the SAT, asking students/other staff how many sections there are or how many minutes you get. And while sometimes their students aren't exactly above average, their explanations are far too euphemistic. The SAT is not something that can easily be perfected with "tips and tricks." Huntington's tips and tricks aren't even that helpful. They're generic things that we already do without labeling them a name. They're also one of the companies that gives you a diagnostic test and then asks you the retake it towards the end of your time with them and then falsely boosts up your retake score to make it seem you learned from them. I'm severely disappointed.

When the family arrived providing the names of the…read moreprospective students and the information necessary to complete the first day, the owner/proprietor demonstrated a complete lack of understanding. She had clearly forgotten about the earlier conversations setting the appointment. A hallmark of disorganization. She then proceeded to act inappropriately around the students, her staff, and other parents. This franchise location will be successful if the franchisee develops the skill to (1) get the customer and (2) retain the customer. This franchisee failed to read her company memos or take the company training seriously. She doesn't get it. A consumer complaint has been logged with home office. In speaking with other parents who know of this location, the experience is common across the board. Unprofessional, disorganized, and NOT child-friendly. That is, former students have taken issue with the owner's failure to teach and act appropriately, to not raise her voice, and to be supportive. How many customers have been lost and opportunities missed because of the owner's abject failure to demonstrate simple bedside manners? Save yourself the time and aggravation and avoid this location.

However they just skipped some of the important fundamental topics though they had mentioned those would be covered . Due to this a he and a number of other students failed to clear the exams. When asked why these topics were skipped there was no clear explanation and just blamed the students for not doing self study. Due to this negligence my son lost out important time and also the credits for Option II which has now put him in a very bad spot. I would not recommend Quakerbridge Learning academy to anyone. Hope this serves the purpose of at least providing some guidance to other parents looking to enroll here. Please save yourself the pain and and do NOT enroll here for any course.. Due to that he failed in school exam. If all topics covered by Quakerbridge Computer and Learning Center, my son could have cleared the exam and got credit for Option II course. He lost whole summer precious time when he could have opted for course from another coaching institution and money as well as time could have been saved. Never rely on Quakerbridge Learning academy for your kids. I hope I can save pain and agony of other students / parents since I've learned the lesson hard way. All the best.
