The inflatable was super clean, sturdy, and a HUGE hit with all the kids (and a few of the adults too). If you're in the Tampa Bay area and need a bounce house or party rental, this is the company to use. Highly recommend!

We even took glow sticks and wore glow necklaces when we jumped back in after dark. My son didn't miss his party at all. Bounce Genie worked hard to fit us in last minute and all the people I've dealt with have been very friendly and accommodating. The delivery guys were helpful and detailed and whoever picked up the slide snuck in covertly and didn't even alert the dog. I will definitely keep doing business with this company. 1-Star Review…read more Absolutely horrible and upsetting experience. What was supposed to be a beautiful wedding day was cut short because the venue shut the wedding down, and we did not even get to stay for the entire event. One staff member in particular--the shorter woman working that day--had an extremely rude and hostile attitude toward our guests. Rather than communicating professionally or attempting to de-escalate the situation, she called the police and claimed that the bride had threatened her, which was not what we witnessed. She also accused us of planning to leave with open bottles when we were not even leaving the property. What made this especially disturbing was that our group is made up of proud immigrants and people of color. Having the police called on us in the middle of a wedding over accusations that we believed were untrue made everyone feel incredibly unsafe and unwelcome. Everyone in our group has proper legal status, but that did not erase the fear and discomfort created by suddenly having law enforcement brought into what should have been a celebration. Based on our experience, if you are anything other than white, I would be extremely cautious about booking this venue. I can only speak to what we personally experienced, but the way our group was treated left us feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected. We understand that venues have rules and staff have the right to enforce them. What we do not understand is why the situation needed to be handled with such hostility and escalated to the point of involving police and ultimately ending someone's wedding early. A wedding is something people spend months or even years planning and thousands of dollars celebrating. No bride, groom, family, or group of guests should have their night end this way. What should have been a beautiful memory instead became an upsetting experience that many of us will remember for all the wrong reasons.

I have mixed feelings with this company. I booked them for my son's 5th birthday party and they…read morewere the most expensive out of all the companies I contacted. But you get what you pay for, right? And I am one of those who is very organized so I told them ahead of time I had to have tables rented at a certain time due to us having to put tablecloths on them, clips, centerpieces, one table was going to be used for a huge Willy Wonka party. I paid 50% and they agreed to an 8 am drop off time. I confirmed a week before the party and let them know the party time had moved an hour earlier and they again confirmed the 8 am drop off time. Then two days before the party, I was told the rental company they outsourced wasn't coming until closer to 8:30 am. I panicked and told them we had to have everything arrive no later than that due to 17 tables having to be set up, etc. They ensured me they would and that the rental company was only 15 min's from our house. Day of the party their company came on time and put together a beautiful balloon arch and did candy striped on the outside of our house. So Party Events did their job and like I have told them, I would use them for THEIR stuff they did. However, I wouldn't use them for outsourcing ANYTHING. By 8:50 am, they rental company they outsourced and I was paying a good amount of money for hadn't arrived. I had to walk to the van the event manager was in and ask what was going on. Only then did she call and got a hold of no one. Finally at 9 am Ginger from Party Events told me they were on their way. They got there at 9:15 am, well past the 8 am time I signed on the contact for and then just stood there for over 10 minutes doing nothing. My husband had to actually go in and take tables out of the van to get the ball moving. I had been calling and having my sister bring tables she had from her house in case they didn't show! they didn't even get done until 10 am and the party started at 11 am. So how am I suppose to put together 17 tables including one that's having over a dozen candy jars, a chocolate fountain, a chocolate river and forest, etc in an hour before guests and my son arrive? My son was suppose to be there at 10:45 am to be surprised (surprise party) and I had to call and have him come later. Guests were arriving and I hadn't even gotten dressed yet because I was running around trying to get the tables ready. They only discounted me $99 for the delivery fee and made me still pay the full amount with no compassion as to how they could allow another company be so late and not comply with the agreed upon arrival time? And after my last email and after I paid them asking them how they can make me pay the full amount remaining with only 45 min's to do it all they never responded. So I would recommend using them for your events, but not letting them outsource anyone and also not using the rental company in Clermont. It ruined my experience, my day and the party.
