Super easy process and very competitive pricing. I had a small gathering at home for my birthday and I needed some tables. I selected what I needed online and received a call to confirm within 30 minutes. I got about three small tables and chairs for under $50. Because my event was on a Saturday I picked them up on a Friday and returned them on Monday. It was a very easy process and they have a wide range of items. I will be using them again! read more

I had a great experience with Fiesta Solutions. They were easy to work with and get everything coordinated. They arrived for delivery on time and pick up was a breeze! I highly recommend them if you need any furniture rentals for any events. Their price was considerably lower than any other company I contacted and their service was great. Everyone was complimenting how cool the farm tables were. I was very pleased with my experience and would use again. read more

I used them when I hosted my own wedding in my backyard. The pieces were of great quality and the price was very fair. I wish I could schedule a more specific time for delivery. They delivered on Thursday for an event on Saturday. There was rain in between and they didn't seem to mind if the furniture just stood outside. Thankfully there was room in the garage. The pick up was fast and timely. Also, make sure you have a good guest count or order extra because it did not go too well when I tried to get extra rentals for unexpected. read more

We have used fiesta solutions a couple of times and everything has been fine. Everything would have been fine for my sons wedding except that the dance floor separated while people were dancing. This caused my wife's heal to catch and she fell over breaking her wrist in two places. It has been three months and she is still going to physical therapy and had to have surgery at the hospital. The most disturbing thing is that fiesta solutions refused to accept responsibility. They "gosted" my calls. The wedding was ruined for my wife who spent over 100 hours coordinating the event. The bottom line is the guys assembling the dance floor were more interested in their phones, than ensuring the dance floor was assembled and secured correctly. read more

From the moment you walk in it's apparent that this is a professional, well run, top notch event rental company. The staff is friendly, they greet you. All of their inventory is displayed neatly, it is clean, and the showroom is well lit. They were knowledgeable, conscious and respectful of my budget, and helpful with creative solutions and overall extremely positive. I was very comfortable working with several of the staff members because the were all welcoming, friendly, honest, upfront about pricing, explained everything, and gave their real opinions (not just one to get me to rent more). I wasn't pressured, made to feel that I get rentals if I didn't give a deposit or sign a contract right then, and I was always comfortable and relaxed. In fact, I rented immediately and I never do that because I always walk away and think about it. The price was great, the delivery and set up costs were appropriate, and (I can't remember her name, but I can remember what she looked like) the employee working with me explained everything so clearly I didn't have any questions. Thank you Fiesta! The chairs were absolutely beautiful!! I would hire Fiesta Solutions Party Rentals again, as well as recommend their services to anyone having an event, a wedding, or a party. read more

You get what you pay for. Chairs and tables show up dirty. The person who answers the phone needs to understand the basics of customer service, like get my name and email correct! People joke about delivery windows -- I'd be happy if they showed up the DAY they said they would. read more

This company is first rate. I highly recommend them. We just used them for our daughter's outdoor wedding and reception on New Year's Day. Not only were they a joy to work with, they offered helpful suggestions and found ways to save us money. Everything we rented from Fiesta Solutions was in excellent condition and that included a large tent, chairs, glassware, etc. Jesus and his crew could not have been more wonderful to work with. The same goes for Nicole and Kimberly who handle the front office. Everyone was prompt, professional and courteous. Totally reliable. Totally engaging. Thank you for helping to create such a wonderful, wonderful day for us. read more

Great example of a small business taking advantage of people in a time of crisis. I am a first time mom that was planning on using their services for my baby shower. With the COVID crisis, CDC and local mandates forbidding events more than 10 people we had to cancel our baby shower- with more than a week to spare mind you. We reached out to the team to cancel and they informed us they would not provide a refund and in light of the circumstances will give us credit for 18 months instead of 12. I informed them I won't have a need for $200 worth of materials because my shower is canceled and not by own doing. The manager informed me they can't provide refunds because they don't have the money to do so (how if my event didn't happen yet?), they are a business that is impacted as well and there's nothing they can do. I'm sorry but a business should not be spending money they don't have first of all, second it's not like they have done anything with the tables or chairs, my event is over a week away, how do you justify keeping my money? This is unforeseen circumstances and you would think a local business would empathize with the situation and not take advantage of people. You can tell a lot by a companies ethics, especially in a time like this and they do not stack up. read more
