    An event cancelled because she didn't want to refund me the money for them being late.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to Lauren who changed my orders more than once. Sent me an email stating they would be there at a specific time only to be late then change the time up again to never show up. When I spoke to her she said I can just cancel it for you which I stated I wanted the services but I wasn't going to pay for the time that I wasn't using the bounce house. She said I'll just leave it there overnight which I responded to no because we won't be using it over night. When I asked to speak to a manager or an owner she said give me a second I'll call you back. I didn't get a call back instead I got this email shown in the picture with no follow up response as to why she cancelled. I called 4 more times leaving voicemails only to be ignored. This was Saturday August 24th. Today is August 28th and I haven't received any refund on my money or update as to what's going on. I wouldn't recommend these people at all. Update! I'm not sure what you're talking about I did not request to cancel my order. I did not have any emergency or anything of that sort. Lauren with the attitude canceled my order without any notice to me. I had to scramble and call around to other companies to get a new bounce house. Which was cheaper, faster, and more professional than the nonsense given here.

    We had a great experience from start to finish. The bounce house was great! Kids loved it. It was great quality. The product was exactly as expected and all kids had a blast! The delivery and pick up, had great communication from beginning to end. Many people asked about the company we used and we sang high regards, so hopefully they will be getting some of their business as well. Great prices. If you have questions, text. They were great about answering any clarifications. We will definitely use again, when we need a bounce house.

    Where do I begin? I was excited to use Bounce House Boise because their rates were way below other companies and who doesn't like to save a buck? The customer service was great when I inquired about their rentals. So I go ahead and book a bounce house for my granddaughters 7th birthday party. Nothing fancy, just a "Happy Birthday" bounce house. After I order, they send me a notice asking if they can drop the bounce house off an hour later. Heck yea! The kids will be excited. They come and deliver the bounce house. They ask if I have an extension cord. Wait, doesn't their website specify that they bring their own? No big deal. I just happen to have one in my backyard that I use for my lights. Then they inflate the bouncer. It says "Congratulations". I tell the gentleman, ummm, our bouncer was supposed to say Happy Birthday. He said, oh, well let me call the office and see what they say. I went ahead and phoned them myself. The lady who answered said "well can you just keep that one"? I said, well I would prefer to have the one that I ordered, but if it's going to take too much time away from your deliveries, I will keep it. She then said, let me call you right back. She calls me back about 5 minutes later and says, "yes, it's going to take too much time to get it switched out. Can you just keep that one?" Well, what choice do I have? I either send it back or deal with it. I tell her, ok fine, I don't have a choice, I'll just keep it. We hang up. No apology, no nothing. We then go outside to let the kids bounce and the inside of the bouncer was full of grass and popped balloons!! Filthy!! Not only was it not cleaned, it wasn't definitely not sanitized, as their website specifically states!! Ok, chalk it up to another failure on their part. We have the bounce house until 7 p.m. Seven o'clock comes and goes. Nine, ten, eleven. Nobody shows up to collect their equipment. I figure they just let us have it a little longer for their mistake, but a phone call letting me know would have been great. The next day, still nobody. I then call them at around 10:30 a.m., no answer. As soon as I hang up, I get a text. Hello. How can I help you? I ask when they are going to get their equipment. Oh we will be there later today to get it. I ask for a specific time, they can't give me one. I then tell them, no, I am going out of town until the next evening, you need to get it within the next hour before I leave and lock my gates. A little bit of back and forth about how they need to get their equipment, there is a specified time for pick up. I say, yes, the pick up time was last night and nobody showed up. Now you either pick up within the hour our wait until I get home. They finally agreed to pick up Tuesday morning. They said they would be at my house around 10 a.m. to pick up. They FINALLY showed up at 10:50 this morning to get their stuff. The biggest thing that I look for in a company is their customer service, no matter what the price. Even if they made a gazillion mistakes, a sincere apology goes a long way. I didn't even get that after all of this hassle! No apology, nothing! Thanks but no thanks to Bounce House Boise. Let me comment on your response below. First I have disproved your false statement of the scheduled pick up time with the attached photo. Your First lie. With that being said, I would also like to ask you why, if the happy birthday banner was ruined, wasn't I notified and told that and given the opportunity to select my own alternative banner? Your Second lie. That was not told to me at all until this post. And are you saying that WE are the ones that made the mess in the bounce house with the grass and balloons? Your Third lie. I can assure you it was not us. We didn't have balloons at the party. You did not clean or sanitize your bounce house so consumers beware! In conclusion, I think it would be in the best interest to your company if you were to accept that your company screwed up and just apologized instead of lying about the mistakes you made. This kind of business will surely run your business to the ground. OK ONE MORE THING...notice how after this person gets a bad review, suddenly a 5 star review comes up to boost his ratings up again? But he never responds to them to thank them for the great review, only to try to justify his horrible service to the bad reviews. You are a phony and a fraud and anyone who does business with this person and his company, beware! If he is this shady, I sure wouldn't let him or his staff on your property!!

    We rented a bounce house for my god daughter's birthday, the kids loved the bouncy house. Booking was easy and they delivered it on time.

The kids were ecstatic to have the bounce house even longer than promised! Checkout on their website was super easy. They have tons of options to choose from. I felt prices were fair compared to other companies we've checked out. We decided to go with Jumpzees because of the awesome reviews they have on google. We had our reservation canceled because of rain, but the company did not force us to reschedule. They left the option completely up to us and offered 100% refund back to me. They immediately gained my trust and respect for that since a lot of companies like to hold your deposit hostage. Not Jumpzees though, they were super understanding and left the decision completely up to us and how we wanted to move forward. We decided to reschedule for the following weekend. They are super easy to work with and so, so friendly! We had kids from ages 2-13 on the bounce house with the slide and every single one of them had too much fun. The bounce house arrived completely cleaned! They are fast at setting up and taking down! I will definitely use Jumpzees again for another event. Thanks guys!

    I originally tried to schedule a bounce house with another company but that company was closed at…read morethe moment. So I went to the next one, which was Jumpzees. I'm so glad I did. Excellent customer service! They dropped off the bounce house a little early, with my permission, and picked it up right on time. The kids enjoyed the extra time they had in the bounce house. The bounce house was clean and they sanitized it again after they set it up. I will definitely use this company every time I need a bounce house and would highly recommend them to anyone!
