Most of the models are available for test drive as well. I was very happy to see the service appointments were available within couple of days, instead of weeks like the Paramus location. Upon arriving, Daniel from service team welcomed me and confirmed my concerns. The service area floor looked so incredible. Massive space with latest techs, plenty of vehicles being worked on at the same time. The waiting lounge was also fantastic. Very spacious, with a coffee station and a snack station, offering coffee, teas, chips, sodas and water. There were high chair/tables were available for people to easily work while waiting. They have free WiFi available. Plenty of other couches and chairs were available as well. The service took about 1.5 hours. Daniel gave me a full brief regarding the issue with my Tesla. The cost was similar to the estimate. The checkout and pick up process was straightforward using the app. I had a wonderful experience at this location and I'll be preferably scheduling my future appointments at this location.
