Brandon was incredibly helpful and kept great communication both before, during and after our trip with them. They offer the best prices I've seen out of any company and are willing to work with the customer to meet their needs. Our driver Scott was very friendly and even knew all of the routes and short cuts to avoid all the traffic on the busiest night of the year. He even was nice enough to turn around and go back to the bar when someone was left behind on our way home even though we were already 15 minutes out. The bus was very clean, great sound system to use either Bluetooth or plug your phone in to use your own music. Bathroom on the bus was fine as wel. This will definitely be my go to party bus and limousine company from now on as our entire experience with them was flawless. 10/10 great company.

We booked a luxury SUV with Future Limo for our recent trip to NYC. Sometimes when you're booking a…read morecar service, the most frustrating part can be getting a quote and scheduling, so I appreciated the ability to do it 100% online! A BIG tip for Future Limo- they should send out a confirmation/reminder e-mail the day before your pickup verifying they will be there. When we arrived in NYC, I realized that I hadn't actually heard from them since I booked several months ago and had a moment of panic standing in the airport. What if they didn't show?? Luckily, I did end up receiving text messages stating they were there. But man, when you're busy planning and traveling, these small things slip your mind, and a verification the day before would really ease stress on the customer. Since I had booked so long ago, I wondered if they may have forgotten about me. Otherwise, our driver Carmelo was very nice and helpful and the SUV was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated his willingness to crank up the AC on a very hot day! One of us had an injury and he even helped us get out of the car. I would use them again!

For this trip we also had a 6ft snowboard bag to transport to the airport. I found this Imperial Limo service on Google search, after passing over a few pages of companies that wanted me to book on-line. I hate that. needed to speak to a human being. The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit! The car was clean and he knew where he was going. And he was a super-nice guy. So we will be using them from now on. Totally recommend.

It didn't make sense the location was so close to my home the price was not worth it. If there's no traffic it could take 20 mins total for close to $700. he refused to cancel and he became rude, he was eager to say he was still going to charge the credit card. since I booked it at night there was never a 24hr window but I canceled in the morning.
