This place seriously never fails to disappoint. I've even given them rolls where my camera had a jam or there was some kind of incident that caused light exposure but every time they've done a really great job at salvaging what's left. The staff here are extremely efficient and the process from start to finish is always fast and smooth. Drop in, fill out a short form, pay, and then you're good to go. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes and then get an email with my digital scans in the next hour. Even when they're busy or backed up, scans are ready relatively quickly. Long-time hobbyist or new to the game, this is your place! Highly recommend for getting film developed!

Their work is consistently sharp, clean, and true to color, and you can tell they genuinely care about each roll they handle. They offer same day development for an additional $7 per camera. If you don't want to pay the rush fee, the photos are still developed the next day! You can choose to get digital files, prints, or both. I opted to purchase both digital and prints. The studio itself is clean and has a professional and welcoming vibe. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helped us with all of our questions. I was honestly a little nervous about pricing at first because of how nice the place looked, but it is was significantly cheaper and faster than CVS, Walgreens, B&H, and the other photo places I contacted for developing disposable cameras. Overall, the service, quality, and pricing were all excellent. This is now going to be my go-to spot for developing disposable cameras in Vegas!

Anyway, every roll no matter what kind of roll I bring over there comes out looking like a really bad Instagram filter. It's like they set their digitizer to the lowest possible quality. There's no small talk, there's no tech talk, nothing really friendly about the place. I'll be honest. There's just drop off your film m, give your money pick up your stuff and get out. I'm terrible at customer service so I avoid any jobs where I have to talk to people. This is good advice for the guy that works there. If you don't wanna be there, we know you don't wanna be there we can tell. So maybe find a job where you can work behind a computer and you don't have to talk to anyone? Just a thought. It was easy talking to their Client Management team (Spencer then Todd) on figuring out the package I want for my wedding. As mentioned by another reviewer, they do have a lot of choices for the backdrop. I initially had a hard time choosing among them. Chelsey (their designer) did a good job in customizing the frame for our pictures. My original wedding date in May 2020 got postponed to Sept 2021, and there was no issues with ShutterBooth team getting back as if no time has passed since we last went over the details of my plans. Our guests had a wonderful time taking pictures with their props. It was definitely popular. Julie who manned the booth did a wonderful job.
