The person who arrived was friendly and professional, but I was not informed that he was the salon's barber rather than a hairstylist. By the time I realized this, he had already begun working on my hair. This was never explained to me before the service started. My main disappointment is not only the unexpected price increase but also the lack of communication about who would be performing the service.
