I was amazed at the way Santiago talked to him, no pressure, explained the cars and showed him the differences. And, did I say there was no pressure? Once we sat down and looked at numbers, we were still a bit off. We left for the night. On the way home, we talked about how much we liked Santiago and I told my son how different he was from most car salesmen. He was not pushy, putting pressure on you, jumping to a more expensive car - he respected what you told him. We picked up car and they tried to charge for oil change. I couldn't believe it for 2 reasons. When we purchased the car at Mastria we pre-purchased oil changes and every time we go in they still try to charge us. And obviously you would think a good dealership would comp the oil change after the hassle they caused a loyal customer. Go to another dealership. They took care of them without any hassle. Both times I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. (I will only drive stick-shifts, so I'm picky that way.)
