AVOID AT ALL COST! On move in the kitchen was trashed. Drywall dust everywhere. Could not open the Oven. Cheap plastic veneer on cabinet doors was coming unglued. Air conditioning was broken and they took 5 weeks to repair it (Keep in mind this is AUGUST in NC). 9 months later STILL no TV as promised. One bedroom light still does not work 9 months later. They use some odd light fixture so you can't just buy it at the store. When you open a ticket for a complaint, they just close it a day later with no further action. The deck is a mess and most of the doors are barely hanging on. The pet waste problem is disgusting. In the halls, in the stairwells, even on the elevators. The staff here has no power to do anything and you will never get to speak with anyone who can actually solve your problems. There is always at least one elevator out of service permanently. The outdoor surface parking lot is littered with dumpsters making it difficult to navigate. People drive way to fast in the deck. The shuttle is not running all day and if you have late classes you will be walking. Another thing to keep in mind is that University City Blvd is busy 24 hours a day, and the road noise is constant. This is not the place you want to be trapped in for a whole year. read more

Not sure where to start. Surprisingly, management isn't the issue of this review but the cleanliness of the complex, specifically the second floor. I am embarrassed to bring my guest over as there is a fire hydrant currently holding open the what is supposed to be locked door. Someone has ripped the fob scan off to where you can't get in. I made a call to the front office on 02/20/20 about it and four days later has not been fixed. (See picture) I consider this a safety concern as for anyone can walk in on the second floor. Not only is the stairwell safety an issue but it continues to smell of pee and other bodily fluids. Another embarrassing feature of the second floor and i'm sure the other floors, is the reeking odor of over accumulated trash holding the trash room doors open. There is a sign on the door that states a $50 fine for any bags left on the floor but there is no choice when the garbage is hanging out the chimney. You cannot even try to throw your garbage in a decent spot near the chute bc you can't even step one foot in without being circumscribed by resident debris. read more

I've lived here on two separate occasions, my sophomore year and my senior year. Both times were horrible. The management is unprofessional and doesn't know what good customer service is. The hallways look horrible and filled with people's trash and feces from other resident's dogs. My son lived here fore barely 5 months. I visited him twice during this time only to find the complex dirty and unsafe. Hallways leading to the rooms were covered with pockets of trash and broken glass. Parking deck , although gated, would allow anyone to come and go as students were not provided with a code for entering and/or exiting. When we signed a lease we were made aware that security was provided only to find out that such security was inexistent. In 2015 there was a shooting inside the complex and another shooting right outside the complex leaving parents to protest for the safety of their children. Many pulled out of their lease as we did. Four months after my son left the complex into a better environment I received a letter from Blvd 98 indicating that I owed them over $1700.00 for damages that were caused by having a dog on the premises. My son did not have a dog, therefore, when confronted with providing evidence they were incapable of doing so, however, they still sent me to a collections agency. During this brief and unpleasant experience my son had a few friends living in the complex as well. One was held a knife point by four other students and another one robbed of all his electronic possession. These two friends never made a formal report for fear that they would be targeted again and the repercussions would be worse, if not devastating. They left the complex shortly thereafter. I'm sharing my story hoping that it will be useful to anyone contemplating living here. It's not a safe place, it is dirty and management only cares about collecting rent money without any regards to the safety of their leaseholders. read more

Worst place to live at in Charlotte. It's full of pet feces in the halls which continuously is not cleaned up. It's embarrassing to have guests because the garage and hallway smell strongly of pet poop and pee. Fire alarms go off apartment wide at all hours of the day and night (for no reason!!!!), people come around with leaf blowers in the courtyard and blow NOTHING for 2 hours starting at 8am, the hallways are dirty, residents leave their trash ALLL OVER, pets are still allowed so don't think that has changed, and the gate to the deck is broken more than half of the time. This goes to show how much you can trust the leasing office. Now I have to pay like 240 to get my car out after it being towed from my apartment because of people who don't know what they're doing lmao these people.. On top of that they have the most rude maintenance supervisor (old short heavy set black guy with glasses). He came into my apartment without introducing himself and blatantly accused me of breaking something after I just finished explaining that I did not break it. A couple weeks later I see him in the leasing office when I tried to get my front door key fob fixed after continuously having issues getting into/out my apartment. If I could give 0 stars I would. These apartments are formerly known as University House and unlike the recent name change the issues still run rampant. My girlfriend signed the lease in August of 2016 and as of January 2017 she is finding another place to live. Starting in October the Blvd 98 office contacted her saying the rent wasn't paid and it was 'resolved' after she sent bank statements to the office, proving payment in full. No more word of the issue until December when they put an eviction notice on the door saying rent has not been paid. After going through 2 separate people who said it was 'resolved' she then was directed to the Resident manager, Kari. She is by far one of the rudest, most inadequate, saddest excuse for a manager I have ever seen. After saying she would contact the bank and resolve the issue here it is January 2017 and absolutely nothing has been done. My girlfriend is being evicted tomorrow because 'the eviction was filed before we cleared everything up' and was only given an offer to reapply for another lease. Fuck this place and it's disgusting, trash ridden hallways, garage gates that are always malfunctioning, unreliable elevators, incessant fire alarms, and constant smell of weed and dog piss. The reviews for University House state the exact issues along with plenty about the malfunctioning of their portal payment system which they STILL haven't done anything about and of instead of taking responsibility they blame the residents. Don't live here. It's over priced and despite what they advertise it is not exclusive to student living so don't be fooled. Boulevard 98 is the worst complex in university. I have wasted so much money and time on an apartment where there were constantly issues. Broken garage doors allowing anyone entry, the "security" is a third party company that is just paid to sit there on their phones and pay no attention to whatever is going on. The office rarely answers phone calls, it takes at least 3 tries to get through to someone. The hallways are filthy, they smell like trash at all times, people let their pets pee and poop in the halls. Boulevard98 allows non student residents and is comprised of MOSTLY non student residents, but still advertises as "student living". They are only here to scam you out of your money, do not waste your time or jeopardize your safety signing a lease here. read more

I want to warn those who are thinking of signing a lease here to please rethink that decision. The tours may seem nice but stop and think why they never show you anything above the 2nd floor or even walk you through the stairwells. The reason why is because of how nasty this complex really is. There is urine, feces, trash, glass, and etc all throughout the halls and staircase. People literally will sit their trash in front of your apartment door and you will get fined for it! The fire alarm has had issues since August and will abrupt at all times of the morning and night for long periods of time (imagine this during finals). I see fire trucks here more than I see trash trucks. Not only will you have to get use to seeing fire trucks, but you will also see the police here 24/7. They are always here because of the drug deals that go on, the domestic violence calls, and the excessive robberies They have "security" here that does not do anything but sit on their asses at night and call the tow truck company on guest Speaking of guest, good luck having any because the parking here is ridiculous. You have to obtain a parking pass during office hours and it's only for one guest. They have to park on the 6th floor if they do not plan on getting towed for $250. Not only is parking a concern here but also driving through the parking lot is dangerous. I have witnessed many car accidents here and have also experienced one due to the lack of signs,blind spots, and cramped entrance/exit. Regardless of Boulevard 98 "strict" rules, people who are not residence are always here at the pool, using the gym, and hanging around. It is also a hassle not having both upper and lower gates functioning at all times. Not only does the gates stop working, but most of the door entrances in the parking garage are dead ends because of the fobs being broken. So good luck carrying any groceries to your home Those who attend UNCC like myself, it is important for you to know that the shuttle is UNRELIABLE. Boulevard 98 bus times does not align with UNCC class start and ending periods. Although students have complained, the office nor the shuttle has tried to help. Your best bet is to ride the Flats bus shuttle if you want to make it home I have been staying here since August and have encountered every problem in the book with Boulevard 98. When I first moved in my apartment, I was forced to live with mold in my bathroom for almost 2 months because the maintenance team refused to recognize the mold and claimed it was "mildew". Not only did I have to deal with that problem but I also have had issues with my washer machine since August.. it's currently July. The maintenance team here is so short staffed and unprofessional it's almost not worth calling them to fix anything because all they do is put a bandaid over broken issues instead of fixing them. My shower water does not get hot and when I complained about it to maintenance, his response was "women can endure hotter water than men" as if that fun fact solved the problem. While currently writing this review, the water in my bathroom (toilet, tub, sink) is currently brown. Not only is the maintenance horrible, but the management team itself is no better. 1.Bethany was anything but helpful and pretended that she wanted to help but yet she took no accountability for anything and refused to even try to compensate for the troubles I had experienced. 2.Cooper is friendly and wonderful until you have an issue with anything and then he becomes unprofessional, aggressive, and unresponsive. The other staff members are just young adults with jobs and really have no authority (so they are not to be blamed) It is clear that my experience here has been too much back to back, all while paying my full months rent on time, every month. **HONEST REVIEW** Do NOT live here. I have had a PLETHORA of problems with this management and almost every part of living here. We can first start off with some things my roommates and I have personally experienced in our, almost, five months of being here. When we first moved in, the air wouldn't work. It was over 80 degrees in our apartment but I realize things like this happen. I put in a maintenance request and they came within the first day. He (Michael) looked at the thermostat and said everything was good, give it a few days, and it should drop back down from about 80 degrees to 70. A few days later it was hitting 81 degrees. I put in another request and he came and actually looked at the air unit and seen that it was clogged up. I was a little bit irritated because if he would've actually taken the time to see what was going on, then maybe this wouldn't have taken as much time. As soon as he unclogged it, it took less than 3 hours to cool the place down. Another incident was with our washing machine. Our washing machine was broken for three weeks. The same type of pattern happened to where I put in a maintenance request and they (a different set of men) would come and look at it and do the absolute minimum and say "You're all good!". Right after that, it wasn't working. At all. I put in another maintenance request and they said a part was on back order but we never saw them exchange any parts or anything. This went on for at least two more weeks. While they did offer us a key to a vacant room to wash clothes in, one of the people in the office was extremely rude when we decided to express our concern. Marcus no longer works at Blvd98 but he simply said, "If we don't have a better attitude, then I don't have to offer you the key to wash your clothes." I personally think that since we PAY $629 a month, that we do, in fact, get to use the vacant room for our laundry. After they finally fixed our washer, there was so much damage done to our floors and walls that we had to report it just in case we got charged. Let's talk about parking. There are a few problems I and many of Blvd's residence have probably encountered. Let me start with one my roommates and I had issues with. So up until the end of November, anyone could gain access to park inside of Blvd98. People would tailgate in and nothing was ever done about it. They would say they towed cars but I can tell you how I know for a fact they didn't and they haven't. My roommates and I were discussing our rent payments and realized that I was paying $629/per m and they were both paying $604/per m. We started looking at our pay log and I was getting charged for a parking pass that had just got handed out the last week of November into the first week into December. We went down to the office and for once got awesome help by a wonderful woman named Daisha (I believe that is her name). She simply discussed that when I signed my lease, I had selected to pay for parking every month and my roommates did not. The night before this discussion took place, we went downstairs to receive our parking passes. Angelica gave me my parking pass (which I have paid for). She looked up what cars we registered to "confirm" that it was us. My roommates had not been paying for a parking pass. Angelica did not even look that up and gave them both a free parking pass sticker to place on their cars. As we figured out, she wasn't in charge of handing out the passes anyway. We got all of that situation figured out and now everyone will pay the correct amount of $629. Another thing about parking is that one of the gates has been broken for at least a month at this point. One small thing that I would like to talk about is paperwork. At beginning of the year, I had issues with sending my renter's insurance to Blvd98's management. I had personally talked to Angelica and she had sent me an email back confirming they had my insurance papers. In mid-November, I got an email saying they did not have it and they needed it in 3 days. I was upset because it was a hassle getting it to them in the first place so I had sent them screenshots of the emails exchanged between Angelica and I. They called me back and apologized and said that it was a mass email that everyone got. A LIE. I contacted my roommates and also a handful of other people that live here and they did NOT get the email so, NO it was not sent to everyone. Another paperwork issue was that we had gotten papers for our service dog. We had sent the paperwork off in November, maybe even late October. Two days ago my roommate went down there to check the progress on it and they continue to tell her that it had been lost. It took them a whole month to tell us it was lost and we are the ones that sparked the conversation. My roommate went and gave them the paperwork again, and the guy was laughing like it was all a joke that it had been lost. Once we submitted it, we got their decision back in only TWO DAYS. read more

Thank god my lease is up ...I moved here in summer 2020 and immediately had problems... there was mold... on the ceiling when you walk into the front door, and the living room ceiling. As rain water would sit and stay in my ceiling it eventually caused water damage and leakage. It took three weeks to a month in order for maintenance to actually take me serious about the problem... They came into the apartment and replaced the damage ceiling but the next time it rained the process just repeated again... more water damage and now leakage from ceiling and vent by the water damaged ceiling.. project was done after 4 months , but damages still reside.. not to mention residents are constantly walking their dogs in the garages and staircase allowing them to pee and poop everywhere as dogs use their scents to excrement .. I was being charge a fee every month even after the garage door was broke and even after the garages were permanently closed ahaha this place is a joke and headache .. read more

When I first walked in the office was so nice and the people had such great customer service. I was looking at a particular floor plan and once I saw the "showroom", I fell in love. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for with the price special they were advertising. When we moved in the sliding glass door was shattered and the room had not been cleaned at all it was filthy and we had to clean it. We also requested a new couch when we moved in as ours was falling apart and 4 months later they have yet to bring it. That means they will likely charge us for it when we move out. The bus schedule is erratic and is almost never on time, if the driver bothers to show up at all. So when they say the building has a bus to take you to school, they very much over exaggerate. I cant prove this 100% but i have had a couple packages come and say they were delivered online and when i come to claim them, the front office says they don't have them which is very strange. Tons of bugs make sure to keep your doors closed in the summer or else they will 100% be in the apartment with you. Pet friendly building just equals that they let dogs poop and pee in the hallway and no one cleans it up. Tenants dont clean it up and neither does the staff. Visitor parking is a nightmare, they are only allowed on Saturday and sundays which is crap or they will be towed. It was a nightmare to live here. I will conclude by adding that boulevard 98 says its just a 10 min walk to campus. Yeh maybe to the edue of campus but to actually get to your classes its about 20 min. A walk from your front door to the union is about a mile and a half. Waste your money somewhere else! Do not rent here! This place is gross. The pool is usually too dirty for swimming and the grills are rarely stocked with propane. The hallways are nasty and they were too lazy to change trash cans in the parking decks, so they just removed them. The garage doors are often broken and stay broken for months at a time. Fire alarms go off at all hours and the internet is spotty. The management doens't care about it's residents and rather than spending the money to upkeep amenities, they restrict residents use of them. This place honestly needs to be shut down. I lived here for two years of my life and over 5 shootings have occurred during my stay. They wont even update you on what happened with the shooting. They've said the pool would be closed for a little and its been closed for a month now. Maintenance and management don't give a shit about any of their residents, they only care for the money. The trash room is always over flooded with trash bags and smells like shit. The actual trash cans are in the middle of the road making it hard for you to see if another car is coming so you never know. Sometimes, I'll be walking to my car and see gerbil shit in the middle of the hallways that people have poured out from their rooms. The parking garage is sketchy as hell and is super unsafe. There are broke down cars sitting in the garage that haven't been touched since I've moved in and say "Fuck you" written on the windshield with the tires slashed. We also have to pay $25 extra dollars a month for parking; however, we were promised that our parking stickers would be here in two weeks, and its been two months now and anyone can park here still even though WE are paying for it. Almost all of the gym equipment is broken and out of date. When we had considered moving here, we had heard that this place didn't have the best reviews but, when we came here and did the tour it was so good, they told us about everything they were going to have remolded by the time we moved in so we went ahead and signed our lease. None of the shit they've said that would be done wasn't ever done and still isn't. The TV's are supposed to be a smart TV and it isn't, the beds are supposed to be queens and it's a full. Every time you go down to the office to complain about something they say they will fix it or have it fixed and never do anything about it. Do NOT move to Blvd 98, they will find any way to scam you out of your money for their "luxury living". They are sure to make the property seem as if it's in pristine condition but of course they only show you what's good, prime example of all that glitters isn't gold. I recently moved from there due to the fact that I was tired of seeing animal feces plastered throughout the hall that no one seemed to be urgent about cleaning up, the swimming pool was always closed due to "scheduled maintenance" and above all else when I decided I did not want to renew my lease because I was sick of how badly the property was maintained, I was slapped with a $280 dollar fine for "carpet damage" though there was nothing wrong with my carpet and being that they do routine unit inspections which is apparently noted on every inspection, you would think that damage would have been noted previously. The damage had never been noted though I had lived in my same unit for two years and was just now being noted when I told them I was not renewing my lease. My roommate was also fined for carpet damage and when needing to talk with the property manager Daneshia, she was never available to talk on the phone and only communicated via email which is not true either because it took her more than a month and a half to respond to my initial concern about the carpet damage charge, me and my mother tried multiple times to talk to Daneshia to get the issue resolved which was unsuccessful but before I knew it, it was too late and now shows up on my credit as a derogatory mark and now because of the unresolved issue with Blvd 98, I am now unable to get approved with my new apartment complex I am seeking to move into. I was really excited to move in but this was my first and last year ever staying here. Let's start with the awful mildew smell. These apartments are supposed to be cleaned before new tenants move in and it's safe to say they skipped this one. The cealing was leaking from the tenants upstairs and when I called to have them check it out they literally took MONTHS to do anything about it so the mildew smell lingered.The sofa they provided was peeling like they didn't even bother to put fresh furniture in there. And the dresser drawers were damaged as well. The walls are so thin I could hear the lady next door screaming at her 1 year old every night. I've witnessed so many altercations happen literally right outside my windows. The cops are always over here because THEY'RE ALWAYS SHOOTING. The fire alarms go off at any time for any reason and wont stop for at least 45 minutes or until the fire department gets here. There is dog urine and feces in every staircase and even in the hall ways I've literally seen people let their pets poop anywhere and just walk away. Couldn't even enjoy the pool because it was filthy and green never clean enough to swim in.The gym is run down everything in there is missing or broken. There public printer for the computer lab they provide hasn't worked all year couldn't get any work done here if I wanted.People leave their trash any where. During the last couple months of my lease I paid my rent in full while looking for somewhere else to stay,I come back to my PAID for apartment while my lease is still on going to find that someone had been staying in my apartment. They trashed the place and I have to assume from the specks of blood I found on my roll of toilet paper someone was in there shooting up. When I called the front office to see what was going on they blamed it on a miscommunication on their part. "We thought the apartment was vacant so we can't do anything for you " so I paid my rent and you thought my apartment was vacant because I wasn't home? Please make it make sense.They're trying to charge me for damages that were already there and just want to ignore the fact that someone was staying in my PAID FOR apartment while I was out looking for a new one. The staff doesn't care about anything all they care about is HOUNDING you for rent and charging you for the damages they forgot to fix before you moved in. Don't even consider this place it's raggedy the staff is oblivious to everything and can't even help you when you need it. If you're thinking about signing a lease here DONT BOTHER it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a bum on the street. read more

Horrible management ruins a nice building. If you just look where they take you during a tour, the place will look great. However, the hallways are usually nasty or even dangerous with broken glass. And the bad part is they stay that way for weeks before anyone bothers to clean them. The pool was left uncleaned, with algae growing in it, for about the entire month of August 2016. Trash was allowed to pile up in the trash rooms until it filled the room and was spilling out the door. The stench of trash filled the halls and the flies and gnats were swarming for weeks. Mail is frequently put in the wrong box so you can't trust getting anything important in the mail. This is not the postal services' fault, the apartment handles placing it in your box. The computer lab and printing never works. There has to be better places to live than this. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't show you past the second floor because they don't clean past them second floor. The hallways are disgusting, if someone leaves dog poop it could stay there for weeks before it's cleaned. You have to pay to park in a parking deck that is NEVER cleaned, it's not well lit, and there's no cameras so god forbid someone hits your car or worse. On top of that, I requested to move in early over the summer because I had an on campus job that started before my move in date and they refused saying they had to "clean the apartments." When my roommates and I moved in the apartment was disgusting, there was dirt and dust everywhere and my roommates towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall. When one of my roommates moved out she subleased and we didn't get to approve the new roommate. On top of all that, the management is awful. When I moved out I was charged a cleaning fee. Mind you, one of my roommates still lived there so I can only clean so much. When I tried to contact the main office, Daniesha, I think that was her name, didn't respond to me until the deadline for me to pay was about to pass and she told me that my credit and my guarantors credit would be affected. They are the worst management in the world. Don't fall for their five sways and nice pictures it's just a scam. The pool was open for maybe 2 weeks over the summer and the TVs in the clubhouse never worked. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

AWFUL PLACE. Do not live here, it may seem nice on your tour and the employees may look nice and treat you great on your tour but, it is all a joke. I have lived here for almost a full lease now and I have never had a more terrible experience anywhere else in my life. Living on campus was a better choice than living here. The employees talk badly about you, maintenance comes into your room unannounced, they do not give you a notice of a new roommate moving in and discontinue tanning beds for no reason. The side parking garage has been broken for this entire semester now and the other garage side door stays open all day and night allowing random people to come in even without a sticker. They say towing is enforced here but it has only happened ONE time and has never happened again. All of the employees will tell you something different and get angry and rude with you when you try to correct them on something that someone else has told you. The free airpods might look like a good deal and the $15 off might sound great but considering how much crap gets tossed on you throughout the year IT IS TERRIBLE. read more

This has got to be the easiest and friendliest student housing facility I've been to. Every visit for questions and viewings has been the same consistent courteous atmosphere with smiling faces ready to assist you to make the moving experience worth while! Currently writing this review from my phone because the internet is out, again, for the 7th (?) time this week. The fire alarms go off every week, if not every day. Sometimes at 4 in the morning during work days. There is constant dog feces and urine in the hallway which is already disgusting enough. It was nice before moving in here but there is legitimately NO upkeep and I'm glad to be moving out. read more

I would NOT recommend staying at Blvd 98 under any circumstances at all ! The whole entire 3 months and 16 days of me living here was so bad that I had to break my lease! From the pool being closed everyday day for the month of June and July (middle of the summer) to the gym smelling like black mold and and broken mirrors on the wall to the hallways flooding and being literally trapped in my apartment to my air conditioning being broken for the first 2 MONTHS of me living here and nobody willing to fix it, my apartment stayed at whopping 96 degrees. Just horrible all the way around. Blvd 98 does not care about there residents at all, I have reached out to higher management at the scion group to resolve my issue and no one got back to me or answered any of my emails so the "response" that you see to these reviews are lies, they never get back to you or try to "reach out to you". The management on campus is also horrible. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with D. Willams, M. Lockhart and A. Cohen To fix thissues that I have had and they always give me there ass to kiss or they would be in some type of "important meeting". Blvd 98 is a very shady organization and they deserve to be shut down. All the promises they offer you at the beginning before you sign your lease are lies! I was offered AirPods after I signed my lease(April) and was supposed to receive them 30 days after I signed ... it's September and I haven't received anything. They are always planning "waffle parties" and "taco Tuesday dinners" as well as meet and greets but half of the buildings residents are with out air. There priorities are wayyyyyyy outta line. Not to mention maintenance would come into my apartment at all times in the night to "fix things" but would literally come in unannounced and stand in the kitchen to converse which made me and my roommates feel unsafe considering the fact that I lived with 3 other college girls. Speaking of roommates they randomly moved in another person into our apartment unannounced, no email sent or heads up letting us know someone new was going to be moving in ... which was no big deal until we realized she had a dog. Me and my roommates specifically said that we are indeed NOT comfortable living with animals and they moved her and her dog in anyway without letting anyone know. Just about every door in the building is broken, fire alarms going off just about every other night, the pool being infested with some type of green bacteria, the hallways were either filled with water or trash, police outside every night and have the absolute nerve to charge College $600-$700 a month is completely insane! I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and contacting a lawyer because this whole establishment is a joke. read more

Out of the three off-campus housing that I have lived in, Blvd 98 was by far the worst. The walls are paper thin. The office staff is unprofessional. When I lived there, Bethany in the office was incredibly rude. I have heard of students being evicted over things that were out of their control. The shower water is always lukewarm. They don't provide paper for students for print their work. When I lived there, my television was also stolen from my apartment. I would not recommend. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My son lived at this apartment complex this past year and it was HORRIBLE. We have been trying to get a response from them with clarification regarding his final move out statement and NO ONE has been able to help us. When we call, they refer you to email one person, who is apparently over all of the apartment billing. We have asked to talk to her on the phone and she's conveniently always walking the property and not available via phone. We have asked for her supervisor and were told that the General Manager doesn't know anything about the billing and only this one woman does and to email her again. We have been emailing at least once a week ever since my son has moved out and no response - not even a "I got your email, I will look at it and be back in touch" - it's been radio silent. We have called every 2-3 days, have talked to multiple people and still nothing. I would NOT suggest this apartment complex just based on their front office business practices. read more
