Unfortunately they forget that the patient pays their salary. People who answer the phone are the biggest group of unqualified people to handle a simple phone call. You are totally shamed because you have medicaid. They have changed names 3 or 4 times. Maybe they should find a office manager who knows how to do her job. To save anyone from this place is my duty as a human being. Ask for a different referral. They should be shut down.

Diagnosis of COPD, numerous symptoms and medications over the years were prescribed to me by previous specialists and doctors. Dr. Knight to the time to listen to me, ask me a lot of questions, explore test results on a much deeper level and question previous diagnosis. It has been a process taking over one year. Today, I have a better quality of life, I do not have COPD and I am not on as many medications. He is a person, a doctor, who truly cares about his patients! I highly recommend Dr. Knight! He is caring, persistent, and above all is willing and takes the time to get to the bottom of what is going on! The staff at Rocky Mountain Pulmonary are also very caring and my experiences have been very positive! Many thanks to Dr. Knight and God bless, Charlotte H.

If you at all, have a busy schedule or value your time do not go here. I have two boys, obviously…read morevery busy getting them to school mornings, I was five minutes outside their "15 minute late" window this morning to my very first appointment. And literally, they said nope. The doctor won't see you. Her schedule is just "too busy" for the rest of the day you have to come back another time. Mind you it took 2 months to get this appointment in the first place. I love how they treat HER schedule as so important and so efficient that she can't run 5 to 15 minutes behind (or just shorten my appointment. I was fine w that). But MY time is so worthless that I could just drive back another day. Like I don't have other things to do. For the record doc. I'm a mom and a real estate investor. So My time is LITERARLLY and figuratively WORTH MORE than your time. So sick of Doctors still having this God complex like they're so important. And the rest of us are just little minions there to overpay for 15 minutes of their time. And let's be honest. If I was on time, but the doctor was running 30 minutes late, they just make you sit there and wait. I am so sick of this double standard. That we are just there to serve them and they are not here to serve us. Being a doctor is a business like any other. They should remember that. But I will say I am smiling as I drive away now, (oh yeah, I wrote this in the parking lot because apparently I had all this extra time for the appointment I didn't have ;) lol I'm smiling because I can't wait that within five years AI it's gonna take their jobs. Let's be honest when you're an allergy testing doctor, you can literally be replaced by an AI checklist of symptoms and a blood test. So go ahead. Be rude to everybody and treat them like your time is so important and they can just be pushed around. When you're unemployed in five years, you'll have plenty of time to work on yourself in therapy. See. AI is a Good thing all around! ;)

I am writing as a grieving sister. My oldest sister passed away at Kindred Long Term Care Hospital…read moreon June 28. Her doctor was Dr. Meter, who is part of Critical Care and Pulmonary Consultants and Kathy Ferguson FAILED my family. I have emails from our wonderful funeral service dating from July 2nd, sharing trouble getting the death certificate signed. They repeatedly contacted Kathy Ferguson and was unable to get the signature. We have been tortured waiting for my sister to be cremated so we can be at peace and Kathy Ferguson is a horrible, uncompassionate, and incompetent employee. Yesterday, July 9th, after SEVEN DAYS of waiting and I had already come home to Seattle without being able to get any of my sister's ashes, my other sister called Kathy Ferguson to try to find out why the death certificate had not been signed. The conversation she relayed to me was gross, dismissive, and demeaning. Kathy Ferguson first lied about knowing anything at all about my sister's case, then when asked where Dr. Meter was, yelled to my sister "I have no idea!" I am beyond disappointed in this whole gross lack of responsibility - let alone the lack of compassion for grieving human beings. I am so thankful that our funeral service has been so kind and caring with the situation. This is not the first time this has happened with Kathy Ferguson- I read a review by another family that experienced the same incompetence and rudeness.

MA's/nurses were rude, obnoxious, and immature. Dr. Hickey didn't seem to care about my illnesses, or the hospital stay with RSV and bronchitis. My paperwork, which was emailed weeks before my appointment was non-existent and when I sighed about it, her response was plain rude. Dr. Hickey wanted a PFT and x-ray but wouldn't do it at my consultation even though the equipment is right there in the office. I'm so exhausted of physicians and practice owners who care about nothing but $$$. NOTE: I'm from Parker CO. Not CA.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession…read more The incompetence, arrogance, and outright unethical behavior from the front desk and billing department at Critical Care, Pulmonary, and Sleep Associates is beyond belief. First, good luck even getting an appointment. No one answers the phones. Ever. I literally had to drive to the office to schedule one in person--only to find the office quiet, phones silent, and staff doing absolutely nothing. When I explained how many times I had tried to call, the woman at the desk was rude, dismissive, and acted as though I was the problem. That should have been my red flag to turn around and never look back. But it gets worse. When I picked up the sleep study equipment--a five-minute handoff in the lobby--I was slapped with a $48 copay for a so-called "appointment." No one disclosed this at the time, and nearly TWO YEARS later, I get a "final notice" bill for $70.34 threatening to send me to collections. No prior mail, no email, no phone calls. Nothing. Just a demand out of nowhere. To make matters worse, their billing "representative" Greg, was hostile, evasive, and downright shady. He refused to give me the address of the business or even confirm where he was calling from, yet demanded my date of birth and payment. If that doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does. Only after I checked with my insurance did I find out they can technically get away with billing this garbage--but that doesn't make it ethical. It makes it predatory. This is not just poor customer service--it borders on fraudulent billing. Imagine patients who are elderly, sick, or vulnerable being subjected to these tactics. It's cruel, unethical, and shows this practice has zero regard for patient well-being. And let's not forget the actual sleep study. The equipment they gave me was beat-up, poorly fitting, and looked like it had been passed around for years. My results were probably worthless. A complete waste of time and money. Bottom line: this "practice" is nothing more than a billing machine preying on patients while providing substandard care. If you value your health, your money, and your sanity, RUN in the opposite direction. Go to National Jewish Hospital, where you'll find real medical professionals--not scammers in lab coats.

The doctor told me to see the receptionist up front to schedule my sleep study. I waited my turn and she promptly scolded me how they take care of critical patience first. "You can clearly see we are tied to the ICU here and your sleep study will have to wait." I was just doing what the Dr said to do. This has been going on since January and it is April 29th! No returned phone calls. Why? I feel bad for those in ICU.
