I waited for no more than 3-4 minutes before being shown to a room. I explained my issue and that I had seen on social media how certain spots might be at risk for pre-cancer and the nurse understood my concern and didn't mock me or make me feel awkward for referencing social media as my referral. That helped me feel more comfortable with the whole process. I saw Jena Sleiman as my provider and she was great. She knew exactly what I was concerned about and thankfully, my spot was a benign genetic condition, but she agreed that getting checked is always better than assuming. She was patient and warm. She also checked my face where I have some new rosacea and she made recommendations based on my needs, but also said they could easily be changed if insurance doesn't approve them. I thought that was really accommodating and helpful. It was a quick visit, but I felt completely heard and had all my needs met, so I was happy it wasn't longer. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be returning for my dermatology care. I highly recommend them.

Instead of taking ownership of how they did not send the prescription to the right location or get the right information, from the insurance company, to the correct pharmacy; they blamed it on the pharmacy. It's January 2025 and I still haven't received my prescription. Looking for a new dermatologist and highly don't recommend these people because of the lack of care their representatives show.

Sitting in her operating room I asked Dr. Benoit's assistants how she performs her stitching procedure since my face was going to require many stitches for basal cell cancer removal. They said she is amazing! Dr. Benoit arrived shortly thereafter and told me the area near my right eye would be quite a surgery. The result was 25 stitches and a black and blue face all of which she for warned me about. Dr. Benoit was very professional and her chair-side manner most comforting. THREE days later I visited my general practitioner for a physical. Sitting next to me he moved closer and closer to my surgery area and to my surprise he looked at me and said "Did Anastasia stitch you?" Imagine my surprise!!!.... A doctor from Boulder recognizing the stitching from previous patients he had looked at. He mentioned that Dr. Anastasia is fantastic in stitching up wounds and if he ever has facial surgery he would go to her. I had the similar response from another doctor a few days later who commented highly on the professionalism of Dr. Benoit's stitching. Dr Anastasia'Benoit's office is professional upbeat and on time. Her skill level and working with Mohs surgery is top notch. I highly recommend Dermatology Specialists to anyone who has needs for Mohs surgery and in particular Dr. Anastashia Benoit to do the removal and stitching. The level of care was appalling, and I am still deeply upset by what I went through. To start, I was one of the first patients of the day, and the waiting area was empty. Yet, when I was finally called back, the staff member called out the wrong name--twice--while looking directly at me with an annoyed expression. It was an unprofessional and uncomfortable start to the visit. Once I was in the exam room, I was handed the smallest gown imaginable, leaving me barely covered and extremely uncomfortable. When Dr. Zhu entered, she was alone and immediately launched into nonstop personal questions while rolling me around for the initial check-up. I barely had a chance to speak, and the entire exam felt rushed and dismissive. Then, the worst part--while I was turned on my side, exposed, the door suddenly opened without a knock or warning, and the same staff member who had checked me in walked right in. She stood there as if this was completely normal, neither acknowledging the intrusion nor apologizing for not giving me any notice. I was mortified. There was zero regard for my privacy or comfort. The experience continued to decline when it came to my test results. Over a week later, I received an automated email from LabCorp late on a Friday night, stating that my results were in. When Monday came, I waited all day for a call from the doctor--nothing. I finally left a message around 1 PM, and by 4 PM, with still no response, I called again. This time, a random male staff member gave me my biopsy results over the phone. Midway through telling me that one of the biopsy sites was pre-cancerous melanoma, he put me on hold--only to come back and casually inform me that I needed to come back in two months for a follow-up. To this day, I never received a follow-up call from Dr. Zhu herself. No explanation, no reassurance--nothing. And to top it off, I am now stuck paying an outrageous bill for the subpar, careless treatment I received. Her prices are overinflated for the lack of professionalism and quality of care provided. I have never felt so violated, disregarded, and uncomfortable in a medical setting. This experience was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I will never return to this office and will continue sharing my experience to warn others. If this review can prevent even one person from enduring what I did, then it was worth writing.

I stumbled upon Envy Injectables & skincare, I adore the two owners, Jenni and Lisa. They are honest which I feel in my experience is unheard of in the cosmetic industry. They did a great with me- I received a hydro facial twice and Botox which lasted me almost 5 months!!!!!! Which I think is insane and they didn't use more than 25 units which was the same amount the dermatologist was doing and I was not receiving the same results.
