I went with a different local guy who said all the right things and bid low. The guy's website said: "Attention to Detail Guaranteed. But... that's a different review. I called Brandon and explained what was going on, and even though I didn't hire them, he took time out of his day, came out and gave me some critical feedback. Brandon was professional and clear, and as he talked I knew I had hired a general handyman to do a professional's job.
