Waited three weeks for my bedroom and bathroom door after moving in, not a huge deal, once they…read morefinally were installed the maintenance "professional" DESTROYED my door frame, it's actually split all the way down with the molding hanging off. Left the strike plate bowed out and the door there chipped because of it next to the handle. Also had the weather strip replaced on the front door but now it drags severely on the floor as you try and open it. The upstairs neighbors footsteps are louder than I've ever experienced. The 0 effort caulking around the base of the tub looks horrendous. Blinds are mismatched. Was under my standards on move in, grime everywhere. Appliances are outdated along with the cheap cabinets. Like another reviewer said, when the wind blows the wrong way it smells like manure in my apartment. Update- They sent the maintenance team back out to repair the door frame and the tub the next day, it looks better. They were very professional and apologetic about the issues stated and are working to resolve them.

First date Sherry (asst. mgr) told us was for a Thursday. Wednesday comes around and she calls (a day before) to tell us it will not be ready for awhile. Having already packed, switched over Xcel and Suddenlink, and put in a 30 day notice for our old place, we express the extreme inconvenience Sherry just put us through. She agrees that it will be done on the upcoming Saturday and that we could come get the keys and it would be ready after 2. So I do just that. I show up and Sherry acts like we haven't had this conversation. She had us sign a lease the night prior with the promise that the date on the lease was further from the day we were allowed to move in. This lady Sherry would rather fight, argue and continuously not answer any of our direct questions then admit her mistake and keep the tenants happy. These are the two main question we have for you Sherry, if we paid $412 prorated rent to move in on the 14th (like you said) why is that the same amount on the lease for the 21st? If you didn't tell us to come get the keys then why would we show up? Because you, Sherry made a mistake. She would deflect and answer my question with a question. Very frustrating Sherry! You would rather fight to the death than admit your wrongs. I would be walking out the door and Sherry would still be arguing! She knew she was wrong because she would keep calling us, saying we could get in earlier. She called my boyfriend and I individually at least 4 times each after we said we want our money back. Each time she called she would try to sound nicer. We expressed to her that she can't talk to us the way she did an expect us to want to move in. She wouldn't even let me contact the manger directly, but had no problem talking to him on the phone. Again I can't stress this enough. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

When I first moved here my rent was $995 then 1.5 yrs later they raised it to $1244!! I was outraged! Then I found out none of my neighbors rent was raised bc they weren't on HUD so evidently that's why theirs wasn't raised. It's so infuriating and I can't wait until it warms up so I can get out of here. The rent I paid out of my pocket to HUD doubled when they hiked up my rent to $1244! Because of the lack of communication between staff and construction you may just be surprised upon moving in. You have a roommate you weren't aware of. The mess from the construction only gets cleaned up if you, yourself cleans it up. Large sharp thin pieces of metal, huge rusty nails are all a part of this. The office is crooked and make up ridiculous services to charge you for. For instance water admin fee, water heating fee...and so on. I would suggest to pass this place by and be thankful you did

The rent also includes free gas, water and cable. The landlord is a really nice guy, always accommodating and very quick to take care of any maintenance issues. There are a lot of long term renters there cause no one wants to leave. They told me that he doesn't increase the rent on anyone who stays there.
