In the back of the building are rows of very old theater chairs facing towards what looks to be a judges stand. The items for sale are usually in soda flats or fruit boxes. The boxes are stacked on or below tables that are attached to rolling platforms. Large items like bikes or washing machines are stored in an area to the right of the stage. One by one a table is rolled to the front and the auctioneers helpers try their best to identify the item. There is no way for me to type what this place sounds like. The auctioneer is yelling gibberish numbers and multiple helpers yell "YEP" when someone raises their hand. It is a family run business and has not changed much in the many years they have operated. The father was the best auctioneer but since around 1996 his son has taken over. You could find literally anything for sale at this place. Make sure to register ahead of time because you cant buy without a buyers number!

My husband found a beautiful set of cabinets for our guest apartment and there always seems to be a few big items outside. So if you happen to be in the neighborhood on a Friday night stop on in and check it out. I've noticed when the quality is poor the description is brief. Don't rely on the photos for the lots either. I was surprised when I saw the items at pick up. The auction website does state to inspect the items prior to bidding which I didn't do (live three hours away) so that is on me. However, if you are one of those far away bidders, be wary of relying on the photos. I'm using a different auction service for my future bids.
