The quiche was very delicious - nice and fluffy, with a generous amount of spinach and cheese; possibly the most well-made quiche I've ever had. The side salad that came with it was also very delicious - refreshing, light, and flavorful. The flourless chocolate cake was hands down the most delicious version I've ever had, made with the silkiest chocolate and infused with orange flavor. I do not know how they pulled this off but this cake tasted magical. I will definitely be back to have this flourless chocolate cake again next time I'm here.

I'm not such a fan of the icing, and Gilg's version I found quite bland. It was sweet, but not tasty. My cookie was individually wrapped in plastic which made it easy to reseal to enjoy later. I was able to take a few more nibbles on my train to Paris the next afternoon. And did I mention how stinking cute the cookie was? The little wide eyes and "o" face...just adorable. I could see these making excellent gifts to take home from Europe, if you could keep the cookies from breaking during transit.
