They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients.

Three times I have attempted to get an appointment to do my return and everytime I was told there were no openings. They said they would file an extension and after April 16 to call and schedule. Today I am now told no openings till June. I am hard pressed to believe they are fully booked and the elderly receptionist seemed dazed and very uninterested in the providing service as not even an offer to be put on a wait list was discussed. She also has not sent us a W9 or provide her EIN # to us. As a small business owner this is very damaging and has raised some cause of concerns. We were guaranteed a service and did not receive what we paid for. We feel like we were scammed out of a lot of money and we will be filling a complaint with the IRS due to suspicion of fraud and Neglect.

She stayed with me straight through until 8:30 that night, even during a monsoon storm outside, never once losing her patience or showing frustration, even though my file was a complete mess thanks to TurboTax. Yes, it cost me $850 to have her fix everything (on top of the $350 I had already wasted on TurboTax), but I would pay her fee a hundred times over before I'd ever give the IRS $7,300.
