Upon arriving, I waited at the front for a few minutes before anybody even acknowledged me, once we sat down we waited another 10 minutes to even get a menu. They don't have enough menus, so we had to wait for the table next to us to finish with the menu before the waiter handed us their menus. Once we chose what we wanted, we waited another 5-10 minutes before we had to flag a waiter to take our order. We also didn't get any water/drinks for about half an hour after sitting down. The restaurant smells like sweat...and they do NOT give free water at all. The room is TOO loud, there's loud music, loud bar sounds and just overall loud general noises. Also the hostess wearing black yelled at multiple waiters a few times in front of guests so that was weird... Anyways, on to the food..... Portions are TOO small, ridiculously overpriced. The food didn't come out at the same time, one of six of us nearly finished her food before the rest of us got anything. The table besides us, had 5, and only 2 received their food and finished it completely before the other 3 received their food. We ordered 2 of the same plate, and only one came. Unfortunately for me I was the odd one out waiting another 14 minutes for my plate. The only positive, the food was actually good. It wasn't amazing, but it was good, except one of my kafta's was raw. They also offered us tea in the end to compensate for the awful service, just for them to never give it. Overall, congrats to this restaurant! This takes the cake as the WORST restaurant I've ever been to. Dreadful service and ambiance. Please come here if you want to lose your mind.

So I decided to come and give them a try place is small and charming with only a few tables/chairs. The south was friendly. They were out of avocado toast and they're special of the day. This was a bit disappointing because I was actually going to order the avocado toast really good. But I end up getting the chipotle chicken burrito, which came stuff with beans, scrambled eggs, and a side of salsa topped with guacamole. It was definitely filling. I also had a side of tropical fruit and a cappuccino beautifully decorated with a heart.

Kibbeh ($9) - I always enjoy these fried football shaped croquettes, and the ones here didn't disappoint in terms of taste and consistency. The outer shell is made of bulgur wheat while the inside consists of a spiced minced meat. Overall the food tasted great, however the size of everything here is about 30% less than what I would have expected. The kabobs are so much smaller as are the kibbeh compared to portions in the U.S.. Bottled water is about 6 euros, so be sure to ask for tap water instead. He did this on more than one occasion, giving us extra baklava or sheep's cheese and spices "eggrolls", I cant remember what exactly it's called, it's like a wrapped panini thing that had halal meat i think and with sheep's cheese and all the fixings. comes with fries.
