We placed a second order and called a few days later (since we didn't hear a status update) and are told it was in their location in Alhambra vs culver city. That it was ready but it was on us to check on the status of the order. We unfortunately cannot drive there since it's over an hour away from our existing location. So our order is in a location we cannot pickup from and they have our payment.
