I was impressed how she quickly, and accurately did an eyeball measurement as accurate as my calipers. It's a nice operation. The shop looked busy and the equipment looked good and everything was as kept nice and neat. I was just a little disappointed that it would take 5 days to get to my job. But, I'd rather the job be done correctly as opposed to a rushed, sloppy job. In the end it took much longer than anticipated. I admit I was a little miffed, but the tech cut the new mirror almost exactly as the 58 year old original mirror. So all beef was forgotten, but I did pay a handsome price for the custom work. Would I go back? I'd say so, but I'd shop around a little before committing.

She gives me a price over the phone $1195.00 plus tax and then said they would not email me the quote and told me that they would charge me a measurement fee to come and measure the door and I would have to give them a deposit. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped by twice (once per week) in the following weeks, which resulted in a total of three visits, plus one phone call. My product was never made and I never received a call back to have the measurements retaken so the item could be made. While the office staff was courteous, I am sadly disappointed by the service.
