Covid hasn't made evictions any easier, but Tele made my first experience with acquiring a "writ of…read morepossession of real property" go very smoothly. Even with holidays, extra requirements for Covid, etc, from the time the first "pay or quit" notice was posted, it only took 8 weeks before the deputies were removing a troublesome, deadbeat. Granted, the tenant did not fight any aspect of the eviction, and the court, and the sheriff's department were very efficient, Tele was Johnny-on-the-Spot with filings, prompts for my signatures, etc. Tele can't make the process go faster, but he can make sure every step is handled quickly, and most importantly, accurately. I recently heard of a local eviction 'specialist' who filed the wrong dates on a landlords paperwork, costing the owner extra months of rent. Not Tele. Tele is friendly and patient - explaining the details of every step, before it happens and adding clarification, again, when it happens. I was very grateful for his generosity of time, as he detailed every particular in the process and point that required attention. In addition to The Paralegal Solutions, I'd direct landlords to the California Apartment Association (caanetorg), if you're doing your own property management. They have every form you need; from screening to checkout, and a lot more.

Working with Jay Rosenlieb has been an absolute pleasure. We needed to navigate a very challenging…read moreemployment law situation and he was exactly what we needed! Our case just settled and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. This was the first time we've ever had to deal with an employment law matter and Jay was informative, consultative, gentle when needed and unequivocal when appropriate. He took an engaged leadership approach to helping us accomplish our goals and the matter resolved relatively quickly once he got involved. His availability and communication really helped make an unbearable situation a little more bearable. We highly recommend Jay and his entire firm. Hopefully we never have to deal with any future claims again, but, if we do, we'll definitely be giving Jay and Barry a call. They are exactly the type of lawyers/advisors we needed.

I have known attorneys at KDG for years and they have a great reputation as individuals, and KDG as…read morea law firm. I have worked in the legal field for many years and have sent them many recommendations and referrals. Nobody I have referred has returned to me with negative comments. I have not personally used KDG until the passing of my father, who left me as the trustee of his living trust. With multiple beneficiaries and a decent estate to settle, I wanted the best Estate and Trust attorney I could find and there were two I really have high regard for. One of them, Nancy Oehler at KDG, was my choice. Nancy is not inexpensive, but she gets things done that few other attorneys in this field can or do. It's not that they can't, I suppose, it is that they don't know that some things CAN be done. Nancy has the kind of experience and ability to navigate problems that few attorneys do, and that makes her work worth every penny. I have dealt with several other attorneys at KDG over the years and found them to be top shelf people and very good at their jobs. The staff at KDG are well trained, professional and quick. Time is not wasted, and work comes accurate and complete. KDG is not cheap, but they are worth the money. Attorneys, in general are not cheap, but having the best possible legal advice and assistance is definitely worth it. After working on the trust with KDG and Nancy Oehler, I can say I'm glad I sent them all the referrals and will continue to do so. Very impressive law firm. Keep it up!

These guys are just attorneys who decided to practice Family Law. My experience with Azemika & Azemika was horrible. I personally met with Nicholas for my consultation and he shared stories of success in family law. I had a child custody matter that needed to be resolved. It was not complicated, but my child's mother was litigious. I felta bit confident because opposing counsel was not exclusively a family law attorney, he was a one-man law firm that did a little bit of everything in regards areas of specialty. During the court hearing, the opposing counsel (attorney) easily outmaneuver Nicolas' oral arguments in front of the judge. It was like Azemika & Azemika are family law attorneys in general, but don't have the ability to handle above-average skilled attorneys that push back against them. They didn't even object when the other attorney made absurd claims. ***I literally ended up with significantly less custody as a result of Azemika & Azemika's failures. After burning through my money throughout the months, they would not take phone calls unless payments were made in full. I was a college student at the time and needed to make payments after a certain point, but they refused this option. After not being able to pay for an full retainer fee again (they wouldn't accept payments, they filed a motion with the court to drop me as a client. I absolutely regret using them to represent me.
