Covid hasn't made evictions any easier, but Tele made my first experience with acquiring a "writ of possession of real property" go very smoothly. Even with holidays, extra requirements for Covid, etc, from the time the first "pay or quit" notice was posted, it only took 8 weeks before the deputies were removing a troublesome, deadbeat. Granted, the tenant did not fight any aspect of the eviction, and the court, and the sheriff's department were very efficient, Tele was Johnny-on-the-Spot with filings, prompts for my signatures, etc. Tele can't make the process go faster, but he can make sure every step is handled quickly, and most importantly, accurately. I recently heard of a local eviction 'specialist' who filed the wrong dates on a landlords paperwork, costing the owner extra months of rent. Not Tele. Tele is friendly and patient - explaining the details of every step, before it happens and adding clarification, again, when it happens. I was very grateful for his generosity of time, as he detailed every particular in the process and point that required attention. This agency was a total scam. I was working with Tele Jimenez way back at the beginning of last year to get my divorce started. I got nothing from Tele in the way of completed paperwork. I had to go to another agency. I have been trying to get the $463.50 dollars I paid them back since then. Now their Bakersfield office is closed. The manager Adriana Cortez told me I was going to get a full refund but I never received anything. Their email is now no longer working and Adriana's cell phone just gives a busy signal. I was told they had an office in Fresno so I am going to see what I can do to find out about that. read more

Man, it has been about a year since Tele helped me navigate through one of the most trying times. I am a new landlord and I made several errors that set me back, when trying to evict tenants (I didn't send the right initial paperwork). 5/15/2018 The Paralegal Solutions was on top of my paperwork.The staff was awesome and very communitive when responding back.My questions got answered and they were very informative. I was really skeptical about the whole e-filing and not meeting anybody in person and doing everything online but it was really easy I didn't have to go nowhere all I had to do was print for my own house and it was real easy. They still found time anytime to answer questions even on the weekends or late in the evening and by email. I appreciated that.They can be busy quite a bit but they do respond. Their price is probably the best around they are very polite informative respectful and they want to help you. I even got a good luck text on the day of my court date and still had questions about mediation on my court date and they still answered.Tele Jimenez is an awesome person . From start to finish. I would recommend the Paralegal Solutions to anybody. I would be patient with them because they can get busy like anybody could. If I could say anything bad about them it would be they can be busy and they don't get back to you right away but that's to be expected when you're busy and that must be a good thing when you're busy at work.
