He allowed not only the opposing attorney to dominate the case he complimented him publicly via social media. Although my calls about my concerns were ignored they were charged for services rendered. I had an awful experience with Richard Middlebrook. This is a zero star review. My DUI could of cost me my high paying job, so I needed a good attorney. He did not inform me or submit the paperwork for my restricted license. I found out months later that I had no valid license. His office said I had paid for services rendered and they could not help. Luckily when calling around to attorneys, I talked to young start up attorney that walked me thru the process. They gave me 5 minutes of time for free. Middlebrook was no help after paying thousands of dollars. He did not inform me on the dismissal or expungement process after my probation. I had to get it removed from my record myself. Middlebrook is a crook. A family member of mine just retained Campbell & Whitten and it's been an amazing experience.
