First off it looks like somebody was able to cancel ALL of his previous bad reviews so here we are…read morestarting again Absolutely useless. The court appointed this clown to my case in a contempt hearing. 6 weeks before the case I contacted his office. His minder, an absolute horror, spoke to me as if I had pissed in her coco pops. Be warned - This woman is something special. Anyway, back to the clown in question. He refused to meet me to discuss the case. I called 4 times over that 6 week period and each time was treated like they had to scrape me off their shoe. Still, he refused to even talk to me on the phone let alone meet with me in person. The night before the hearing he finally called me to meet him in the hallway outside the courtroom. Right up to the time of this 'meeting' in the corridor outside the courtroom he still had not even read my case and rather than taking the time to discuss the case then, all he wanted to do was show off how much he was making from bankruptcy cases ($40,000 to $50,000 a month) and he was only taking my case because his usual business was slowing to a halt - I wonder why... Even in the courtroom, during the trial, he had not and made no effort at all to even skim through the papers, occasionally shouting objection for no apparent reason other than making it look like he had some skin in the game. Even the judge was looking at him and wondering what this guy was objecting for. He didn't ask the complainant a single question - not one! And the only questions he asked me was about distance between houses - still noone knows why - in my opinion he was useless, skimming the cream, conning the court, conning his victims. This guy single handedly lost the case and skipped out of the courtroom without even a goodbye - just a big dopey grin as he went to collect his check. Do not even contemplate going to this guy for defense - he is horrible horrible man and I would for sure give him less yelp stars if it was possible. If you hire this guy after reading this review, you deserve to lose. Oh by the way - he had another yelp page that was full of terrible reviews but that page seems to have disappeared... hmmm.....

He did NOT tell me that! He argued with me about it. When someone says you have an appointment at 2 P.M. on a certain day, don't you assume that it's an in-office one? He wanted to set up another appointment, but I decided not to as he was more like a mafia guy, rather than a pleasant secretary. I called him because my neighbor used him for her estate and said he did a good job.
