I paid $ 2000.00 for their services. They made an errors with Uncle's middle name. At first, they said it was their error. I ask for a refund for some of money, they tried to blame me. There were multiple explanations for why my case was not moving forward, advising issues with the respondent, paperwork processing, and court timelines. However, when I contacted the court directly, I learned the office had already been notified of a rejection and had not yet submitted the required corrections, despite telling me everything was being handled. After months of delays and multiple rejections for the same issue, the paperwork was finally corrected and resubmitted. The court approved it within a week. I know delays can happen, but the lack of communication, conflicting information, and failure to address issues promptly made an already stressful process much more difficult than it needed to be. Save your time, money, and don't let this place stress you out or show you a lame magic trick. I would advise to go elsewhere. read more

They don't want to give any info, always giving the run around. It's rare they answer the phone and they never email you back. if I can give it a 0 star I would - I would give this place one star. I worked with Hilda, who was great--very kind, thorough, and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. My divorce paperwork was completed incorrectly by someone else in the office. Two boxes were checked that should not have been, which delayed my divorce. One additional issue was partly my fault, as my vehicle was not initially listed as 50/50, which also caused the paperwork to be rejected. During this time, I was dealing with a medical issue, which delayed getting everything corrected. When I reached out for help, I was told the only two options to fix the errors were: * A stipulated judgment for $800, or * An RFO for $540 I repeatedly called asking if the paperwork could simply be corrected and resubmitted, since the issue was an error and only required an amendment. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I even went into the office, where a woman told me she would pass the information along and that Nadeli would contact me. I never received a call. The only follow-up I received was from Hilda, who apologized for the experience. Again, she was great--but the rest of the staff was not. I later spoke with a man named Victor, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly told me those were my only options and kept asking, "Which one do you want to go with?" when I was simply asking how this could be resolved without paying more money. I had already paid over $1,000, and I feel like I received nothing of value. My documents were rejected, and fixing their mistake required additional payment. I ultimately went to the courthouse myself and filed the RFO for free with the help of courthouse staff, saving over $500. All this situation needed was a simple correction--not being pushed into expensive options. I regret coming here. I'm out over $1,000 and did not receive the service I paid for. After reading other reviews, it's clear that the same staff member responds to negative feedback with condescending and immature comments, which only reinforces how unprofessional this business is. To make matters worse, my brother-in-law had a bad experience here as well and left a negative review. He wishes he had warned me sooner to stay away. I do not recommend this place. read more

To start we had made an appointment and when we arrived they had no record of the appointment so we sat and waited for first available paralegal that should have been my first sign to RUN! But we went ahead and thoroughly explained what was needed and provided all needed documentation to write up paperwork that was needed along with our deadline in which paper work needed to be filed. Long story short! They missed the deadline, papers were written very unprofessionally and I ended up rewriting the entire document which they copied and pasted into template. It was a disaster! I found their number on line and I first spoke to Victor he was very nice and I felt assured what I needed would get done. I was in the process of going to small claims court for an eviction and needed a service processor to deliver the papers to the old tenants. I was worried they wouldn't find the people because I was not sure the address I gave them was where they moved to but it was the right address and they served both of them and since I live out of town they took the papers for me to the courts to get them filed. I met with Beth regarding paperwork I needed to file for changes to my child support and custody orders. She was very professional and helpful, even took text messages from me during what I would assume was her off time which I appreciated. She went above and beyond. Personally, she was lovely to work with. Unfortunately the documents filed on my behalf contained errors (including a missing signature from Beth) that resulted in the judge rejecting the order, wasting an entire court date that I took time off to attend. I refiled the paperwork myself using information I gathered directly from the judge.
